I bought a ladder and rail from Ramsay for my utility room as part of a house renovation and Scott went out of his way to help me bespoke the items. When the delivery went astray through no fault of Ramsay's Rachel helped me track it down and get it safely delivered. Excellent service, good quality and price and I am really happy with the end result.

We have bought 2 products from Ramsay ladders over the last few months both arrived well within the estimated delivery time.
These products are far superior to the domestic products we were using in our village hall.
I had several technical queries before making the purchases & these were all dealt with efficiently.
I would recommend this company.

Purchased a single wooden ladder earlier this week. It’s arrived early, well packaged and exceeded expectations. It’s beautifully made and very strong. I never thought I’d be excited by a ladder, but this is a super piece of kit and an excellent supplier, comms was great too.

Delighted with the quality and size of the brackets - excellent. However, horrified at the cost of delivery for such small items. This company was the only one supplying what we wanted. Bought two pairs at £30 a pair, totalling £60. Because the total was over £58, the delivery for these two small items was £27. They arrived in a small courier van. We have never paid this amount for delivery on any item we have bought - particularly galling as the package was so small.

I bought a 2.7m wooden library ladder with hooks & wall bar to use as a semi-fixed ladder up to the attic. It arrived two weeks early than promised, and is exactly as expected. Sturdy, and looks great. Thank you!

I was mostly very pleased with my purchase and the process. However, I do think that £14.40 is an astronomical price to pay for delivery of an item that cost £14.52. The delivery was fine but wasn’t even next day. The item was an aluminium loft ladder pole which was only wrapped in black plastic so wasn’t a large parcel and didn’t weigh a great deal. This was the only place I could find that sold the pole I needed so there was no choice. So, generally pleased but would suggest using a cheaper courier or Royal Mail (unless of course the item requires a special service and if this is the case I accept that delivery might cost more).

I have been buying Ramsay ladders for years as they are the best ladders on the market.I know this as I am a window cleaner and use these every day. Excellent quality and first class service and delivery with good communication at all times.
