Paid for two ticket hats and never heard from them again after they got my payment.

We ordered an embroidered baseball cap. Instead we received a printed copy. The company gave the excuse that their production had run out so they sent a cheaper printed version.

Absolute scam. Ordered two embroidered hats. Received them a month later. The website images show embroidered products but when you receive them, it’s a picture of embroidery placed on the hat.

These guys are professional scammers. The bait and switch between what they show online and what they actually send you is insane. And then they pretend they can't do anything about it, and they'll bend over backwards to give you a 15% refund if you keep their cheap crap. I've contacted a lawyer to file a class action lawsuit.

The picture of what I ordered looked sharp, crisp and top notch. What I received was a nylon type cheap fabric that looks basically like a tie died cheap sweatshirt.
There will not be any second or more orders coming from me.

They took almost a month before I finally got my package. Upon arrival it was not as stated, crushed and mangled due to bad packaging. Upon return request they started threatening with very high shipping and customs costs. After a long back and forth I finally got a 15% refund. They are very nasty scammers stay away. They are not based in US but a Chinese company

I was going to order a few things but luckily took the time to read these reviews. Thanks everyone for saving me from losing money and aggravation! Always Google the seller first, to see if they are real or a scam. There seems to be a lot of them on Facebook, so beware!

Ordered a hat they did not have and did not deliver and still have no hat and they will not refund my money.
this is a total scam from China, avoid at all costs.

10 days and my hat is going to ship ASAP. Still not shipped and no ship date but they took my money. I have asked for a refund and they want to charge me 10%. STAY AWAY.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this website.
My experience was very similar to what other people say.
My order of 2 shirts and a tank top arrived within about 2 weeks from order date.
The material was not listed in the description, but what arrived was below my expectations. It's what you would expect of a fancy dress outfit, not something you would wear day to day.
I had checked the return policy before placing my order and saw that the business address was in the UK. It did say this is not a return address, but I thought that if you have a business address in the UK, that the return address would be in the UK too. Apparently not.
When I emailed Rainbowtrend to say that I wanted to return the items for a full refund. The first reply I received was that I could give the items to someone else and they would offer 10% compensation and i would not need to return the items.
After a few emails back and forth I was told that I could return the items at my expense and that the return address was in China! I was adamant I was not going to go through the trouble and expense of sending something back to China. There was no guarantee it was going to arrive and I risked being out of pocket even more with postage charges added to the order value. After a few more emails I realised that there was no point to keep complaining and that this company does not care about its customers. Based on similar reviews, I eventually decided to accept the 20% compensation they had offered by then and I did not have to send the items back. I have indeed received the refund for 20% of the order value back on my card.
But I will never order from this website again.

bought 2 shirts from this company... firsgky took nearly 3 months to arrive ( after i had emaiked to enquire where theh were as the event i bought them for had been and gone)..
when they did arruve they were nothing like the advertised pics...pics were tip qualith embroidered shirts, what arruved was cheap printed ( and the print was poor quality).. when j emailed..they said i would need to pay to return, but they dont give refunds for "not what i expected".. bug as a good will gesture they would give 10% off.. i said i wiukd never shop with them again, they replied saying to jusy gift the shirts to a fmaily member and the case was closed....
avoid at all costs..save your money.

Ordered clothing in size medium. When arrived they were clearly a size XL and had been labeled wrong. When I contacted them they said returning them to china was my responsibility and would cost to much. There advice was to " gift them to a family
member " unfortunately nobody in my family is a size XL. I decided to return the items and after weeks of emails the goods have apparently never been received at their warehouse. Got a claim with the post office but their compensation doesn't even cover the cost of the postage so I'm basically out of pocket. Would not recommend this company as clearly from other reviews lots of people have had issues with sizes. Avoid at all costs.

The dress was a poor quality material that stretched at the seams just from me trying it on....and that was despite the fact that it was huge on me. I used their size guide and according to the measurements I should have been a large (which I usually am, so I didn't think twice about it), but it looked like a tent on me and nothing like the structured piece in the photos. Now I'm in a week long run around email chain trying to get any type of compensation back from them for a dress I can't and don't want to wear.

Geen ster waardig, mooie gelaagde voile rok besteld maar na lang wachten een rok ontvangen waar je niet door in gevonden wil worden, deze lijkt slordig gemaakt van een plastic-achtige stof. Stom dat ik hierin getrapt ben, wat een oplichterij! Koop dus niets bij deze nepshop!

I ordered a size large dress and what was sent was HUGE and not what I ordered. They offered me 10 % to 20% off and after 40 plus emails with them they wanted photos, I sent photos of the item falling off me and they said it fits. DO NOT ORDER!

I ordered 2 shirts from this company, one medium and one large. The large was exactly what I ordered. The medium was an XL. When I reached out to let them know, they asked if I checked the sizing chart when I ordered, which was insulting. When I clarified that it was a factory error and the XL shirt was in a Medium bag, instead of apologizing and sending me what I ordered, they offered me a 10% discount. After multiple emails they finally offered 20% discount after I PAID to ship the wrong product back to China. Again, I simply want what I ordered and this is how they treated me. Avoid this company at all costs.

First, this is company is based in China, not Chicago. So it will be international shipping. Second, the shirt sent is not the same as in the website photo. Third, it was a wrong size. They refused to issue a refund, unless I paid for return shipping. Their "making it right" was to offer 10% off my next order!

The product was not anything like what was advertised. The owner refused to give me anything but a 5% refund when I asked for a full refund. The shipping took almost 2 months and came from China.

Scam! Doesn't ship products and repeatedly gives bad information. Beware!! Chinese company that takes weeks and weeks and still no products!
