Using emails, the support team will spare their time to provide you with a simplified step by step process. They will go the extra mile to walk you through the steps and share videos too. And also provide you with recommended settings and practice for you to enjoy your purchase

Outstanding Technical Support

I was genuinely impressed with how quickly they responded and how professionally they handled my case. Within a short time, my problem was completely resolved.

The support team was not only fast but also clear and helpful in their communication. It’s rare to find such responsive and reliable customer service these days.

efficent support

I have a low performance hosting. Theme support helped me a lot to set up the theme even though my server didn't have the proper performance. They were very kind and efficient

Classified themes/plugins

I have a couple of themes/plugins bought from them. The Classified themes/plugins are really nice. You may experience some issues along the way, but their support will help you and fix them for you. In my case, I am a very different time zone, and its understandable that you may wait for the reply but from my experience so far, they are always happy to assist you. So, if you need some cool classified listings themes or plugins related to that niche, they have cool designs and solutions.

Don't honour their own policies

The company offers a 30 day money back guarantee on their website but do not honour it when you actually try and claim your money back. Their customer support is really poor.

Yes, we have a 30-day refund policy, and we process refunds upon customer requests.

However, you initiated a dispute without waiting for our response (typically within 24 hours). When a dispute is created, the refund option becomes disabled on our end. I already replied you in ticket.

At this point, the refund is no longer in my control. If you withdraw the dispute, I can process your refund immediately.

Super Support team

I purchased a wonderful wordpress theme.
But i was having some problems during the installation process during importing the demo files.
I sent a email and the support team help me in very few minutes.
