The response time to my initial enquiry was amazing considering my previous experiences with other contractors in this area. The whole process from quotation to ordering and through to installation was smooth and rapid with great communication from both Jonny and Stuart. Quality of the workmanship in fitting the battery storage was excellent and I'm now reaping the benefits of the high quality brand of battery and inverter they offer at very competitive prices. Also installed was an EV charger which connects direct to Octopus intelligent Go giving me a superb electricity tarif, thanks again to the brand and quality of the kit supplied. The team really did go the extra mile to make sure the job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Thanks to Jonny, Stuart and Bob

Jonny made a prompt site visit after our enquiry regarding potentially installing solar power to our home. He gave us his best advice regarding what he thought would suit the size of our south facing roof with the ability to store power generated and to import at cheap rates when required. He designed a bespoke system to give us the best solar and battery storage system at a reasonable price. We also wanted to use a local company using local labour. Once the order was place and the necessary permission obtained to export power the installation was completed professionally and with minimal disruption to our home. Very satisfied and even excited to generate our own power and to use the storage battery to save on energy costs. We highly recommend Radiance and advise anyone comparing quotes to make sure they understand what is being offered particularly with battery storage and the capacity of the rectifier.

Knowledgeable, patient, respectful and tidy workers. They gave a very competitive quote and suitable recommendations for our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

Excellent workmanship through out. First class from start to finish.

Radiance Renewable Energy Solutions have just installing a Solar Panel and Battery system on my bungalow. I've been very happy with all aspects of dealing with this company. It was only 3 months between first contacting them for a quotation to completion of the job. Its also been completed exactly as I requested and working exactly as I wanted it to. The initial quote had costed options that could be added if needed, including estimated pay back times and probable solar generation for my location. This made it possible for me to alter the initial quote and have the exact set up that best suited me. I've now got a set up that supplies me enough electric even on cloudy days and haven't had to buy from the grid since commissioning. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

The team at Radiance are fantastic, Stuart and Jonny were very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We are delighted with the outcome - and are already saving on our energy costs!

Quick to respond to our initial enquiry, careful to consider what would work best for us, helpful and clear information provided verbally and in documentation. Excellent communication and quick responses to questions. All the workforce were hard working, polite, friendly and helpful. Flexible when something needed to be altered, with the attitude of making sure it was right for us. They stayed cheerful and positive whilst working in difficult weather conditions. Trustworthy, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and skilled. Would absolutely recommend (and have done so).

Jonny and Stuart are knowledgeable and helpful. Throughout the planning process they made everything clear - about what will happen and how long it will take, and what the benefits will be. Their crew were professional and did a great job, tidied up after themselves, and finished a day early. The system is up and running with no problems.
