Never had a bad experience great price and service

Great service, quick and reliable.

Joke. I used to use Quinns quite a lot in the past. They are cheap, and they're products are good for the most part but recently I have to see into the future to get a job on time.

If someone needs a job within a months timescale you may as well forget it. They must draw each order by hand to take so long. I had 4 orders 3 weeks. One was delivered late - the others I had to cancel as they weren't even started.

And what's more, they seemed relieved to cancel.

They clearly have staff issues. Management issues. Printer issues.

Not sure what's happening but I'd steer clear, spend an extra quid someone else and get the job on time.

If you ever want to lose your customers and want to ruin your printing business then Trust QuinnsthePrintes, they will never let you down in losing your customers by providing their third class service.

Very poor and untrustable service. You can not rely on them and give your own TAT to your customers.
Their customer service is very poor and very bad and mostly Rude...

You place an order for 2 days and after a week the job is still not printed. No compensation... Really hate their company. Stopped working with them.

Placed another after issues were resolved on previous order where we had problems.

Was told they would keep an eye on this order, supposed to be getting despatched tomorrow - but still not printed.

10/12 3.10PM JUST SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICES - APPARENTLY YOU HAD A PRESS BREAKDOWN - this weekend - it was scheduled to print on 5th - so well before the weekend, and despatch 11/12

I have used Quinns for several years, but due to late deliveries and poor customer service I had not placed an order for a year or so. However I did place an order with them on the 26th November for delivery on 5th December. What could possibly go wrong. At the moment my job is still showing scheduled to print. I contacted them by email on the 5th to ask when my job was being delivered and was told they would contact me with an update. This did not happen and I have since sent another three emails asking for information. No replies have been received. Their customer service lacks professionalism and courtesy and I will probably lose a client through them.

We highly recommend Quinn’s. We print a lot of publications and always use Quinn’s the printers. Efficient professional service at the best prices. 5* service and we at Bespoke Hotel Magazine Limited recommend them to all our contacts.

Best quality print available on quick turnarounds, had some issues in the past but seem to have made every effort to resolve and have provided a great service for a long time.

I've printed flyers with discount, quality is really good. Cheap and fast, I recommend!

Wish i had read these comments before ordering, issues from placing order and supposed to be despatched today, but still not printed. Should have used our usual suppliers.

Easy to order, no fuss, print delivered as planned. Good job. Customer very pleased with leaflets.

Good communication & fast delivery. Problem was packaging damaged & also 1 pile of my leaflets. Have e-mailed Quinnns with pictures but had no response. The good leaflets were fine.

Like a good few of you on here I have used QTP for many years the quality and delivery times has been good, BUT of late there communication is virtually NON EXISTENT I have placed at least 15 jobs with them lately and all have been late? Its going on tonight, were having trouble getting the paper it’s on a group sheet the wheel fell of the van!!! But to name a few....excuses.

I see Richard MD has said on a few occasion I will take it to the directors good luck with that one I have emailed 2 of them and neither of them has had the decency to reply! Go to the top? Not a lot of point when they don’t reply to you emails.

I don’t like to rant about other companies but when they don’t communicate back what option do you have I just wish I had read Trustpilot before I place the orders.

One quick point it all seems to have gone T**s up since the opened the Liverpool factory someone need to get a grip and sort the production out over there.....

Not one job in the last two months has been delivered on time.
One job was 2 weeks late. No response from account manager to emails. When you ring up you are given different excuses every time.
I was twice told they didn't have paper.

Really disappointed as have been a customer for many many years.
My advice is if you have a deadline on work, stay away from QTP.
