Queen Of Charms  Anmeldelser

I ordered a charm neck-less with hummingbird pendant and at the time there was none in stock. However upon reply to accept a refund option as the neck-less i order had a very high sentimental value to me the customer service i received was nothing short of amazing! Vicki Brown contact the suppliers and was able to source the neck-less for me to which I was very grateful! She also kept me updated everyday.
The neck-less is so important to me and I am so pleased i am able to have it, thanks to Vicki's help and service.

Bought a bangle as a gift for my mum. Paid extra for gift wrapping and postage to Poland. It arrived there a week later together with a little message from me and two chocolates. Perfect.
I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this site to my friends.

I would always recommend queen of charms, fantastic variety and quick service.

Found through a search engine rather than any recommendation so I was a little cautious but there was no need as the service was brilliant! Theres a wide range to choose from at great prices. The website is easy to use and the postage is quick. Items are well wrapped and come with great packaging. Will definitely use again!

I thought ordering a single item at Christmas time all the way from the UK to Canada would be a difficult event. Instead I was absolutely thrilled. The charm made arrived in the time they stated even with the holiday rush. And a lovely velvet bag and two chocolate hearts accompanied the order.
A delightful experience! Thank you.

Great service and products.

The bead was exactly as described on the website. The delivery was speedy. I appreciated the fact that the bead was packed in Amore and Baci tissue and included an Amore and Baci mini carrier bag.

I was thoroughly impressed with queen of charms, especially the level customer service provided. Any of the charms would make a personal thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one and I'm very happy to have found this site...As an international customer it's nice to be able to purchase these pieces - as many stores in the U.K. do not offer international shipping at this time.

My purchase arrived really quickly, which was great as it was a birthday present to myself! Thankyou for the extras, very sweet!
