Kind , and quick service.

Great experience from start to finish, friendly staff who even helped sort my tax. Happy I chose them for my new car.

I recently bought a car from Quality Part X Ltd, and I cannot praise them enough—especially the person, John, who handled my purchase. He is an absolute gentleman and a man of his word.

During the deal, there were a few minor cosmetic scratches on the car. When I pointed them out, John simply smiled and said, "I'll look after you, just leave this to me." True to his word, he went above and beyond. Not only did he get the bodywork looking spotless, but he also threw in a brand-new MOT and a full service for the next year!

What impressed me the most was his dedication. Even though he was actually on his day off when my car was ready, he still came in to ensure everything went smoothly and handed over the keys with a quick, sharp, and seamless delivery that completely exceeded my expectations.

John is an absolute asset to Quality Part X Ltd, and his exceptional customer service makes it easy to recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you, John!

Left my new car uninsured after failing to tax the vehicle ( despite my paying for this). When I flagged this there was no recognition of the huge error.i was out of the country and had to run up a huge bill battling with them. Avoid at ALL costs

Experience was great.

Only thing that caught me out was the small print added admin fee upon final payment.

Straight forward, no pressure sales by Ali.Spent extra time showing and explaining all of the cars features without rushing us at all. Kiki, Finance department cheerful and enthusiastic about the whole process, and went over everything in detail. The car was exactly as advertised and drives wonderfully. The Stevenage branch will for sure be my first choice when looking for my next car.

Turned up 10 minutes early, once test drive done..... 10 minutes later done and dusted..

I would give them -5 stars if I could. Pleasant service in person, but still waiting for the promised refundable deposit.

I paid a £100 deposit on a car and was promised it was fully refundable. During my 2nd viewing, I noticed that the front of the vehicle had previously been repaired. I was then shown another car, but its passenger door caught when being opened and closed. These issues raised concerns about the vehicles.

The staff were pleasant during my visits and clearly promised that my deposit would be refunded within 5 days. That deadline was weeks ago, but I still have not received my money. I have also sent follow-up messages and received no response.

I am asking Quality Parts X to refund the full £100 immediately and respond to my messages with confirmation of when the payment has been made. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially after a specific refund timescale was promised.

Overall, I was disappointed by the condition of the vehicles shown and by the failure to honour the promised refund..

Naima and Ali at Stevenage Dealership were both incredibly helpful in answering multiple queries I had, being as it was a used car and my Budget was limited. They guided me through, provided the information and documents I had asked for and, enabled me to test drive, sorted out a reserve and then a holding fee while I got the finance together (which was then taken off final price) and They did it all with great customer service and a smile

Very disappointing service.

I paid a £100 deposit for a car (registration PY23 FJJ) and cancelled at the last minute on 24 July. I was told the £100 deposit would be refunded, but I have still not received my money.

I called several times and was kept waiting for more than an hour. I also sent emails, but I received no proper response. It has now been more than one month, and I am still waiting for my £100 refund.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better customer service and communication. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Went here with an open mind and drove out with an almost new car.
I have to admit the car we bought has slightly high miles, so it was showing signs of usual shopping trolley bashes and car park door carelessness.
We pointed all these out to the sales guy, and he said no problem, we will sort all that out for you.
It went straight into the workshop as we were collecting it the next day.
The next day came, and I was sceptical of what they promised, but the car came out as if it was in showroom condition. I couldn't believe my eyes.
Anyway, yes, I would trust this seller, and yes, the car is outstanding for the price, and yes, the service from the staff was second to none.
Overall, I would have no hesitation in using these guys again.

Lovely, staff and helpful, I would of given 5, but the only thing was I felt pressured to take the car home on the same day, then go back to have little things done. But it wasn't a big deal. All sorted. Very happy so far.

Very difficult to make contact with in the run up to our Fiesta purchase. Emails not answered. Phone calls not responded to after messages left. Also damaged rear nearside alloy wheel was not repaired as agreed. We were told it had been dealt but car was delivered with the the wheel not repaired. Don't trust this firm they tell whoppers! Decided it was a waste of my time trying get it sorted. Otherwise car is good

Pricing is good for the quality they provide. The made sure all the small dents were removed as per my request

I purchased a vehicle from QPX Stevenage in May 2026.

Shortly after taking ownership, I discovered the vehicle had been supplied with neither a spare wheel nor a puncture repair kit. After I contacted the dealership, they sent me a puncture repair kit, which I appreciated.

On 27 July, the windscreen washers stopped working. When I reported the fault, I was initially advised that I would need to pay a £150 warranty excess and wait until September for an appointment at their workshop in Stevenage. As I live in Coventry, this would also have meant a 140-mile round trip, significant fuel costs and taking unpaid leave from work.

It was only after I raised my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act that the dealership agreed to repair the vehicle under those rights and waive the £150 excess. However, by this point 10 days had passed since I first reported the issue.

As I needed the vehicle to remain safe to drive and could not justify the time, travel and inconvenience, I arranged for the repair to be carried out locally. The fault was a failed windscreen washer pump. The replacement part cost around £15 and the repair took approximately 20 minutes.

The staff were polite throughout, and I appreciate that they eventually agreed to waive the excess and repair the vehicle. However, I was disappointed that my statutory rights were only acknowledged after I challenged the initial warranty position, and that the proposed solution remained impractical given the distance involved.
