This software is really easy to use (I use other software in other companies but find this very user friendly).

The people working at Qtac are always very helpful and you don't wait ages on the phone to be connected (unlike other software providers).

Another bonus is that the software is very competitively priced and you are not drawn into having to pay an ongoing monthly subscription.

You will probably realise by now that I love this product!

I've used QTAC software for about 15 years and they only complaint I have is it really is too cheap! The helpdesk is amazing, I can always get support when I need it without delay, and this is included in the price of the software. The new software is loaded onto my computer via remote access and is stress free, and this really is the only Company that I would ever consider using. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

We really appreciate being able to speak to a person directly with any problems we have. The staff are usually very helpful and knowledgeable.
Just occasionally we find there may be a person on the support desk who is very inexperience, whilst we appreciate everyone has to start somewhere on a helpline this can be frustrating when you re running a busy payroll department..

We use QTAC and have found the software to be very usable for our team and the support provided has been great. The system is easy simple to administer with good performance.

We have used QTAC payroll software since 2008 and have worked with the support team throughout as it has grown as we have grown. The integration of RTI and Auto enrolment went smoothly and again is easy to follow. QTAC is a comprehensive payroll software which is very easy to use and the support is excellent.
