Ordered some earrings early February from delivery end of March, no sign of them so cancelled my order in April it is now July and l still have not received my refund but just had an email from them telling me “that unfortunately there is no definite timeframe for when this will be completed”

Ordered a sapphire bracelet 6 years ago. My wife wore it 3 times and a gemstone came out on the last wear in January and was lost. I enquired about repair to be told it was covered by warranty and would be replaced if I sent it back.

I had to chase the tracked return and after a month a got the order confirmation that a new bracelet was in process but no timeframe.

I have chased every few weeks since. No new one, not even the original returned (which at this point I would appreciate)

*** 07/08/26 - I have written to QP to give them the 14 days notice to supply or refund. They are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In 15 days time, assuming NO supply/refund, I will file court action against the company. Anyone else without their goods, I urge you to do the same.

I Placed an order on the 17th December 2025, the item was never sent, and every time i request a refund i get fobbed off with the "We canott give a estimated date of when your refund will be issued" reply.
To me this company is a sham!
I am now in the process of appointing a collection agency for the fun of it!

I have been waiting since the end of November 2025 for a refund for the item I returned. I had sent it to you for repair in September 2025. After waiting in vain for two months due to alleged delivery problems, I decided, on your advice, to request a refund of the purchase price.

This is my final reminder! The payment deadline is 30th June 2026. Should the amount not have been credited to my bank account by then, I will take legal action against QP Jewellers.

My parents bought me a ruby ring for my 40th birthday. One of the claws broke so QP told me to post it back to them. I did this and two months later I had not received a replacement so I asked for a refund and they replied saying they can’t give a timescale for this. I am worried I won’t get anything.

I had a small question about my order. The team got back quickly. The necklace turned out lovely.

All in all, it's good.

Customer service have responded around 8 times now to sorry about the delay. We can t give you a timescale to refund your money

First time ordering here. They kept me posted during delivery. The piece looks nice and matches what I saw.

The stone was very premium of the necklace. The delivery was also on time.

Made a request for an opal necklace for Barcelona. It took approximately a week to be insured and delivered.

Ordering was simple, it arrived early, and the packaging was careful. The price looks nice for what it cost.

I am very unhappy with this company. I received earrings as a gift around five years ago. They came with a lifetime warranty. The quality was not great and I have had to send them back for repair/replacement at least twice. After the third time, I asked for a replacement again, but there was a delay in receiving these due to issues with supply. I asked for a refund instead, as I was waiting months for the replacement. This still has not been processed nearly a year later, despite my chasing it up several times. There has been a complete lack of communication about this issue from QP jewellers. Please do not use this company

I ordered a ring on the 8th of December, with the expected arrival date of the 18th of December. It is now June and no ring has arrived. They have been unwilling to disclose any reason for the delay and will not provide any timescale for its resolution. They offered a 5% refund in February, and they still haven't paid it. I have chased multiple times and all I get is an AI response. They have offered no explanations and no further goodwill gestures, exchanges for other products etc. All their customer service lines have closed so you can't speak to anyone. I have reported to trading standards, not much more I can do and I doubt they will do anything. Do not use this company.

The garnet bracelet was delivered without any damage. It can be seen that there is a lot of effort in the personal design as well as the packaging. This product is definitely the most effective deal for the price and also possesses the attributes of a dependable customer service.

Ordering a sapphire pendant for my wife's birthday, I got my order in time and it was presented to me in a beautiful box. The quality of the gemstones is outstanding and the craftsmanship is very good.

Don't buy there. Made an order in Nov25 for Christmas, still not there (more than 6 months). Asked for a refund and they explained me that it's out of the 30 days policy so I can't have a refund and I have to wait for my order. The costumer service is replying on a weekly basis always with the same message: please wait..

I ordered a ruby and diamond bracelet as an anniversary present on April 11th. Estimated delivery day late was 13th May.
By the 20th May it still hadn’t arrived so I emailed to ask where it was (they hadn’t contacted me) as I needed delivery to be guaranteed. The reply I got back said they couldn’t say when it would arrive and couldn’t give a guaranteed delivery date although they were looking at the order every day as if that was supposed to help.
I rang the phone line for customer services and got a recorded message saying to leave my name and emai address and then the line cut off.
I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund but given the experience of others with this retailer I am going for a Mastercard charge back using the email about the delivery as evidence. If they don’t have any stock why would they offer them on their website and more importantly who on earth gave them the 5 star reviews on their website.
