Scammers.
You can’t prebook any extra or overweight baggage online, even though the various prices are shown.
So, once you arrive at check-in, they overcharge you - because you didn’t book online! What should have been a €20-50 charge ended up being €100.
When you complain / explain all you get is shockingly rude ‘service’ and shown a photo of a suitcase and told, yes, that’s right… you should have prepaid.
Of course, you have no option at this point but to pay the ransom.
Seems in general, as an airline, they have zero concern for their non-existent brand recognition.

I flew HH443 from Tashkent to London. The flight did take place hence one star. It was a modern aircraft so another star. That’s all. Not possible to check in online. So queue at airport even if you have cabin luggage only. The plane is not designed for 8-hour trips. Smallest and dirtiest toilets I have ever seen. No inflight entertainment. They pretend there is. Inflight entertainment means logging on to their WiFi. Your device will then block you from doing so because it has no security certificate. No alcohol served. Plane took off on time but landed 40 minutes late. No apology, no explanation. When we landed a 3-year old girl was allowed to sit on her dad’s lap with no belt or form of restraint. So they’re not much interested in safety. The landing was awful. The plane was yawing violently on touchdown and I thought we were in danger of scraping a wingtip on the runway. I was as really happy to disembark. They are the only carrier doing the direct flight but my advice is to do the trip in two legs with a competent airline.

Nessun pasto a bordo, scali con gente a bordo, impossibile fare upgrade di classe... senza contare che non sono stati in grado neanche di fare un biglietto fino a destinazione, delusione massima mai più.

I booked flights London to Tashkent for October after much hesitation going with an new airline, initial research looked ok so I risked it. A month or 2 ago I had an email to say the inbound flight had been moved forward by 2 hrs. A little annoying but fine. I've now had an email to say our outbound flight is cancelled and I need to contact place of purchase for next steps. I emailed Qanot Sharq as I booked on their website and they are just saying its cancelled, no other options and to contact place of purchase... which is them! Prices for alternate flights have now gone up so I need to now make another plan and try to keep chasing my refund somehow.... do not recommend.

Cancelled flight from / to Milan, vacation in UZB cancelled. It is more than 3 weeks that I am waiting my money back on the credit card and no one has replied to me when I will have the reimburse.

This airline is very disappointing and dishonest including their staff member in Head Office. 1 st time i have try to travel by their airline andit was worst experience in my entire flight experience. Schedule flight was changed in last minute they lost my baggage. When you contact them feels like they don’t know what are they doing. I had to visit to Head office in Tashkent to claim my baggage. They don’t have any international number. Email they don’t answer. I would give 0 rating if possible due to people in head office will lie to your face directly! Please avoid this company i would say its not worth even for half price!!!

Volo cancellato, rischio altissimo di compromettere il mio viaggio già prenotato direttamente in uzbekistan a febbraio per settembre....mai più!

Acquistato volo per Tashkent a maggio 2026 per luglio/agosto 2026, a giugno 2026 mi notificano che il volo è stato cancellato, il volo risulta ancora disponibile ma a prezzi superiori, evidentemente acquistarlo in anticipo non premia, pessima esperienza.

Flight schedule changed last minute to 5 hours later! Gigantic queue at check in took well over 1 hour. Randomised seat selection so no way to sit with people you came with.
Boarded the plane 1 hour after the initial 5 hour delayed departure time. Overall delay in departure was over 6 hours.

Absolutely terrible.

I have had a very bad experience with this guys.
I bought two flights on 01.02.2026, one from Milan to Urgench and another from Tashkent to Milan, on the airline website, I have paied less than 500 euro.
I got the tickets from noreplay@sirena_travel dot ru
On 26.03 i got the message that the flight has been cancelled.
Ok, no problem. I went in the website to ask for the reimboursement.
I got two emails, from noreplay@sirena-travel, that the reimbousement has been approved.
But money never come back.
Sirena-travel.ru don't have contacts.
I have sent three emais to help@qanotsharq, but no answer.
I tried to contact here by messanger. No answers.
These guys are a fake. Keep away.
I should be at Bukkara right now, but I am at home. I thought to spend a couple of thousands euro in Uzbekistan. I will spend them somewhere else.
