I now have the doorcam user manual and very happy.. Now I know what the icons mean.

Look, I love the Pyronix products, I have an alarm and the battery cam. My issue is that there is no helpline or support for customers. You're supposed to go through your installer which isn't helpful if they are away or uncontatable. Please tell me if there is a way to contact the manufacturer when you have a problem or a question

Pyronix always make things super easy. No fuss, no bureaucracy. Just simple straightforward help

The technician talked me through the problem and helped me to solve it.

Second to none, if there to busy to answer they will always call you back guaranteed and will sort your enquiry no matter how long. I’ve been installing Pyronix for 6-7 yrs and still forget the smallest of things, the team know there stuff.

I have used pyronix support many times over the last 6 or 7 years and have never had an occasion where they couldnt not only answer the question completely, but usually also had some extra useful bits of information to add

Very knowledgeable on not only the products, but on real world installations too which is a breath of fresh air nowadays with tech support

They also wait until the call is finished to laugh at me when its a stupid question or when I am having a blond moment too which is always appreciated lol :)

I cant sum them up more than it being the gold standard for tech support

Being a professional security installer, l had a slight issue with some data on a certain device, I contacted the technical team for advice in this matter. Got through to technical very quick, after putting my issue to them they quickly resolved my this for me, great service.

I have installed few pyronix enforca panels but sometimes get stuck but thanks to very professional tech support from Pyronix always problems are sorted by very polite and professional staff Well 👍

I contacted the technical support team and discovered that their assistance was exceptionally helpful and prompt in addressing my issue. Consequently, the problem has been successfully resolved.

Pyronix alarms are easy to install and setup,and everytime I've needed technical support, their well trained technical team are always friendly and professional, and quickly resolve any issues. I'm new to the security side I things, but with Pyronix online training videos from their website (very thorough and easy to follow) coupled with their excellent customer service, I cannot fault their company or products at all.

I have installed quite a few Pyronix panels. I have needed technical support on several occasions. The response from the team has always been first class. They are knowledgeable, supportive and polite, sometimes saving me hours of misery when trying to sort issues that aren’t in the manuals. One of the main reasons for my my staying with the product and not moving to other manufacturers.

Cheap and cheerful I thought when you need recording it doesn't happen when you want to look back at notifications they disappear I haven't signed up for the cloud option as didn't think I needed to never lets me answer when someone rings the door bell either I am an electrical engineer and after reading some of the feedback with regards to your alarm systems so glad I fitted my hard wired Eaton system I will be contacting my supplier ADI Gardener on Tuesday

As always very polite and explain everything slowly and treated with respect unlike some other helplines from other manufacturers. Who are at times rude and expect you to know the answer you are enquiring about!
I'm sure no one calls tech dept for the fun of it. However Pyronix are always patient and very helpful. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service as usual

I've just had a Pyronix security system installed by CCTV SECURITY LTD.-Paul Beadle. This is a relatively easy system to set and arm and vice versa which is what I like the best. It is a system that can be easily expanded when necessary and Paul our installer was very thorough in his work. We have used him before or camera work as well. The key fob system works well and battery duration is excellent too. There are a lot of lesser systems about but I would rate Pyronix as a leading brand certainly.

First time fitting a Pyronix Enforcer V11 and have been very impressed with both the Quality of the product and the support while installing, As with all different systems getting to know your way around the menus can be a challenge but on all 3 of my issues a quick call to support and they were fixed. Love the inclusion of the onboard wireless and the 2 wired channels for connecting legacy equipment. But again the best feature was the brilliant and knowledgeable installer support team.
