Although, I was very frustrated that they didn't have my prescription, the end result was just. The communication was very good and they did return my initial payment, since they couldn't supply my order. So, if you reach out to them, there will most likely be a favorable result.

Went the extra mile to male sure I was able to get the help I needed.

This company scammed me!
I paid for a consultation to see about getting a prescription. Instead of a consultation, I was notified that a prescription was just sent in for me without ever speaking to a doctor.
When I went to pick up the prescription, the pharmacy said they would not fill it because the code that the doctor sent in for it was wrong.
I have contacted the doctor and other people at Pushhealth and no one will make this right for me.
At this point all my inquiries are just being ignored.

They are in it to take your money. Its fraud. No prescription was written. My money was not refunded. Issue was not resolved.

Dr. LP (initials only but you can figure it out) only cares about the money. She kept me at .25 semaglutide for 8 weeks and it did absolutely nothing thing. OK, 1 pound. I even tried to reason and let them know what it wasn’t doing and crickets. This place is a joke. They get $80 for an RX and want you to keep coming back so they screw you on the dosage. Save your money. My sister is too chicken to post on this format but they just did the same thing to her.

Such a scam. The correspondence took so long, I actually thought this was not a USA based operation based on the length of time between correspondence. When I questioned why it was taking so long, and being asked for an additional $50. The doctor told me I was being rude, and told me I needed to go see a doctor in person. His named was Malik Shadid, and is an Er doctor. That being said, he had no urgency or compassion. I would not recommend this program. I canceled my request, and I was told by the doctor I would receive a refund. I will keep you posted if I actual receive my $70 refund. 0/10 do not recommend.

My provider is the best! She answers questions and listens to my concerns

I applied to receive Rapamycin. The doctor texted me that a prescription is required every month and she would not automatically refill the prescription monthly without my paying for a new prescription each time. So that would cost $70 monthly separate from the medicine. This is an outrageous requirement. All other online prescribers provide at least a year of medicine on one prescription. Push Health is a den of thieves!

I had a great experience with pushhealth. The doctor was really nice and caring and sent my prescriptions right away. I would definitely use them again. The doctor treated me better than any doctor in person

Their doctor kept messaging that he "had" or "was" sending my scripts to the pharmacy, several times, but they never got there. This went on for over a month. It's ridiculous & a waste of time and money

Not good…I have been really sick with very bad flu like symptoms for 2 weeks. Just needed a script. The NP, Jennifer Fullem was texting me with long periods of silence. Over 10 min at a time. I told her how sick I was and asked why there was such a delay in her responding. No response. She did fill my script but such bad customer service. What was she doing? Maybe 3-4 things at the same time or responding to several patients at the same time?

Great help with medical issues. Highly recommend.

The response is fast and inexpensive. I get my prescription within a few hours.

I like the website and patient dashboard which allows messaging the Doctor directly and easy to get prescriptions ordered. I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Cotten.

Dr. Atwood has been wonderful! With work and a very busy schedule Push Health handled my care in a very timely manner. I get to ask questions and receive detailed answers. Dr. Atwood is great and I recommend her and Push Health to everyone. Very pleased patient!

I’ve used push before and it was great. However, the provider that I had left the company and the person I got Luis Carlos was a scam. He wanted me to pay $175 for his service. Thankfully I was able to get my money back from push that they had charge my card for, just buyers beware the company was great at one point, but they have made some changes and a lot of the doctors have left.

The other thing about push is the fact you can never get a live customer service person on the line even when you call the 8557874432 number on the site; you still won’t get a person on the line so you have to really be careful When you use push.
