Unable to get onto the app or into the gym and joined last weekend, messaged on messenger and it’s been 2 days and no reply. Not the best experience for a new joiner. Paid one month upfront and direct debit is active, need some help asap please.
Update to my review, Ellie on messenger was so helpful and had everything fixed in 5 minutes. Thank you so much again Ellie

Was no customer appreciation on site
Was no customer appreciation on site I have RP (eye condition) I wanted to see if I could do a trial session to see if I would be able to operate in the gym with my condition.was told no and that if I wanted to have a session that day I would have to sign up for a month. I found a day saver option but will still charged to see if I could physically cope with walking around your gym with a visual aid cane

Second visit to Pure Gym Warrington…
Second visit to Pure Gym Warrington North and although impressively well equipped and clean, plus it is lovely to be able to look out on trees, the music was way too loud away from the cardio area. If it is for “people to find a rhythm” as I have always been told, then it should only be audible in those areas. At times I found it very difficult to hear what my PT was saying. I find the pervasive beat not conducive to weight training or stretching. In this day and age of mobile devices and personal playlist surely it is time to turn down or even off (gasp! Shock! Horror) the music. Or at least have some quiet times during the day when the gym is quieter anyway.

Good space to exercise.
There was plenty of equipment and sufficient space for everyone to exercise. I would suggest some guides on how to use some of these apparatus safely. Otherwise a good experience and will be using the gym again.

Gym has been very cold for weeks
Gym has been very cold for weeks, I have been using this gym for several years, I think the heating is off, also hygiene level is poor, a cleaner was there every time I visited, however this is not the case now

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.

Great range of well maintained equipment. Machines and free weights. Provides everything I need. Plenty of parking. 24hr access.
