So much fitter thanks to brilliant team
This is really a huge shout out to the BRILLIANT team at Pure Gym, Paisley, led by Lauren.
I'd always thought that kind of gym wasn't for me. That it was for people who like going to the gym. Fit people. Young people. But, a pal convinced me to go. I say, convinced. Nagged.
So I did a class.
James's Strength class one Sunday morning. Not going to lie, it was hard. And I was waaaay more unfit than anyone else. But he modified some of the exercises. Then afterwards took me another newbie round the equipment and said to try other classes too.
And thanks to Lauren, James, Gemma, Shelby, Ellie and Taylor my fitness has improved beyond measure in just a few months. Classes are like having your own PT. Doing the right exercises that build muscle, work cardio. It only took a few to feel the difference. Things I couldn't do one week, I managed with ease just a few weeks later.
Couldn't be happier. Not just with the increased tone I can already see, but how much fitter I am. In a really short space of time. (And I'm still on low weights.)
So thank you, Team Pure Gym Paisley for making me feel so welcome. And making me much healthier.

3 emails during one week no one…
3 emails during one week no one responds to me I just want to renew my old account in pure gym I'm student it's shame it's not way to do this only way is to do new account with new pin I want mynold account website it's uselesscna do it without email pu. They they not even respond only way it's via unidays and do a new account... Time to fix something or time to find time to respond to emails, guys something like this make me to go to the different gym then PureGym because of weakness in the system

You just need to log into your Member's Area using your previous email address and PIN and select any of the options to restart your membership. You can also enter the same email address as previously used if joining through a company! Great
Great that you can pop in anytime you like. App easy enough to use. Loads of home workouts too. Joined initially for classes but fell away from attending when classes I enjoyed the most no longer fitted in with my schedule. Loads of equipment to chose too so will most likely rejoin in the future.

Joined a couple o months ago ago. Out of this world equipment, and staff are very attentive. My only gripe is is the dressing room, as it’s definitely not big enough for the volume of guys using it. Apart from that, excellent value for you money.

Awesome gym
The setup is amazing, the gym was immaculate and very easy to work your way round. Really enjoyed my session today and will definitely be back.

Face to face help was a joy. I wish more companies would take heed
Shaun was really helpful with the online process. I wish companies would realize that customers over 60 prefer face to face. Had he not caught my eye today I'd probably have walked away.

We have decided it's time to get fitter. It took me a while to make the choice. My partner has been with you for a few years but I was unsure.Since my first visit and meeting James I have made the commitment to join.James Hayes has explained everything and made it all seem something I can do and enjoy looking forward to getting to know the equipment as you have a very impressive range and space to work out and I appreciate the ladies only space that is important to me

Very easy to join set up direct debit…
Very easy to join set up direct debit was a bit apprehensive as not great with these things but no problems.went to gym Ist in paisley spoke with manager re joining she was really nice and very helpful which made my decision to join .

We love improving our gyms and we always notify members when any refurbishments will be taking place. We let members know when certain areas of the gym will be out of use and which gyms they can access in the meantime so members do not have to miss a workout, however, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.

Easy if stressful…
It was easy with a little help from one of your staff. Not too happy about having to fill it all in standing outside the doors would have preferred more privacy what with people coming and going. That said it is undergoing extensive refurbishment so perhaps there was no area available
