Love being back in the gym.
I joined in October and am loving being back at the gym. It fits my needs perfectly and being able to go whenever I feel like it, is a real bonus. The gym is huge and plenty big enough for me to go in, do my workout and come home without having to wait on equipment.
The gym floor is well kept and clean, and the manager is super friendly.

Happy with my experience of PureGym…
Happy with my experience of PureGym overall.
I like that the app gives you an idea of how busy it is throughout the day. Equipment straight forward to use and have QR codes on them if you are unsure how to use them.

Success comefrom a heart of willingness, dedication, sacrifice, motivation and handwork. No pain no gain.
The gym has well services machines and equipment. It's clean and staff are friendly always ready to help. It's ideal since it's ope. 24hrs so we can get in at any time of the day and night. It's an ideal gym as it meets anyone's busy schedule.

My daughter and I paid a day pass rate…
My daughter and I paid a day pass rate prior to joining. On arrival my PIN wouldn’t work and then I was messaged to say my membership had been suspended. My daughter had already entered but then had to come out because I couldn’t get in. We rang a buzzer to get help but no one came. I emailed and the email bounced back. A very bad experience and £20 poorer.

Good gym but today some equipment was…
Good gym but today some equipment was out of order.
The cleaning is never up to stratch which is a shame, mud of equipment, carpeting grubby and toilets unhygienic.
Still it's cheap!

Facility, Equipment and Vibe Great!
Facility is great...Equipment tops...Vibe excellent.
Only problem I have is there is way too many members for the size of gym. It is frustrating to follow a routine because you can only use what is available at the time.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.

Great staff, good layout of machines however there loads of out of service for a long time and is really busy all the time

Good experience so far
Good experience so far. Bamboozled me that I couldnt walk in and sign up, but figured out the website quick enough to get going.
Only negatives are that our of 2 of my first 5 visits there have been several running machines that are faulty and it's a bit of a guessing game of they're working.

It’s close to home
I like it because it’s very close to where I live. It’s an ok gym and luckily for me I can go off peak as I don’t really like crowds. The women’s workout space is pretty good. Only three stars though as I contacted two personal trainers and neither of them replied. I didn’t bother contacting the other two. I’d lost the will by then.

Great introduction
Before joining we visited the Gym and were given a guided tour by Aaron. He was very welcoming, gave us lots of information and answered many questions for us. We came away feeling it was a very friendly gym and joined up as soon as we got home. Induction tomorrow and really looking forward to getting stuck in.

Pathetic experience
Pathetic experience. Unable to access the app even after multiple retries. Not even able to access the account, getting wrong pin error again and again.
