Good gym and great to see its finally…
Good gym and great to see its finally been moved around to make more use of space. But....the music volume is insane. No chance of listening to your own, holding a conversation or hear yourself think. Madness!!

Have been going for many years but…
Have been going for many years but Saturday 8th of November got told to leave the top level because they were doing construction and this was not told to us in advance they do this a lot they will take our money but the service needs to be reflected in the price each month

Great classes, good instructors. Shout out to Conor who is always friendly. I'll forgive him for Sunday suicide 🤣

Was my first night with my daughter and…
Was my first night with my daughter and my son we decided to join as a family
Cleanliness- place is 100% clean no smells people were cleaning machinery as they went,
Staff i went late at night and there was several staff members all doing there thing,
Friendliness- the whole time i was there no one spoke to each other, no one looked at anyone just done what they were doing
machines has stickers on them telling the user how to use them, was pretty awesome.
Free flavoured water machine all you have to do is enter your pin and it pours it for you

Good gym
Good gym, good selection of working equipment still needs to sort the locker situation. To many broken lockers not enough bigger ones.

Showers
Showers. Have had gum in the disabled shower for weeks. The disabled shower is never cleaned properly and the amount of hair in the drain is never cleared out making the shower water flood into the actual gym itself. There was a girl manager from another gym that cleaned it out using gloves but the current person cleaning the shower doesn't bother and that's why I left the gym in Clydebank and cancelled my membership. It's just lazy not cleaning the drain and chewing gum has been in the drain itself without being removed for a long time. At least the temperature has risen a bit since my last visit. The cleaner could do a better job in there and a squeegee thing there to help us users keep it tidy too. Thanks.

Been a member since it opened
Been a member since it opened, it’s gone right downhill the last 6months or so. We need a mgr for our gym, not some dual-siting liar. Get it fixed

Been going to Pure Gym for years but…
Been going to Pure Gym for years but cancelling now. Smelly drains, last visit there was nothing to clean equipment with, no cleaning materials anywhere and today toilets closed and classes cancelled because of a problem with toilets/drains.
Was willing to overlook most things as it's close to where I live but not giving them another penny.

the gym was absolutely disgusting. Needs a clean, the barbells were black with dirt and the ground was literally covered in people’s hair
