I use the PureGym five times a week
I use the PureGym five times a week. Machines get fixed pretty quickly when something happens, and staff are nice. People could put weights back more, but I go late and there's no staff to oversee anything, so that's just some individuals. Being open 24/7 with handy parking right outside is a massive bonus as I go after I finish work. This gym has transformed me, and I look forward to seeing what I can do here in the future.
I've started to see people more often and now know some of the regulars. People are very friendly at th e PureGym. I love it.

We ask that members return their weights after use, to ensure that the gym remains and safe and tidy environment for our members. However we know that at busier times, weights are not always returned and our team complete regular re-sets of the gym. We understand that this is sometimes frustrating for our members, and it is included within our Gym Rules that members should return weights after use. We do have CCTV monitoring the free weights and anybody witnessed leaving equipment out of place will be spoken to by our Gym Team. Spacious.
Toilets could be more air conditioned as it was humid/ no water fountain. But I understand why that may be.

I love PureGym
I love PureGym. The staff are lovely and helpful when you're not too sure what to do or when they're in. If you struggle you can contact them and they'll respond within a few hours, it's very helpful! Thank you PureGym :)

Jess the assistant manager was amazing…
Jess the assistant manager was amazing really knows her stuff I suffer from autism so being able to feel comfortable enough to talk to someone I don't know is a big deal for me she was incredible so happy and thankful she was there to help and support me means the world so thanks jess

I visited our local gym and was very impressed by the staff, wide range of brand new equipment, modern change rooms, cleanliness was impressive. I have joined and am looking forward to working out.

Great experience the app is fantastic…
Great experience the app is fantastic especially as I'm a complete beginner, the facilities are spotless , i never thought I'd enjoy the gym but I love it here , great variety of equipment I'm looking forward to taking my weight loss and fitness journey here but I absolutely couldn't of done it without the app

Found gym very clean and tidy , didn't speak to any staff. Over complicated gym machine areas which has resulted in waisted time and gym space . Put all the leg machines in one area etc . Enjoyed the work out ,was quiet st 13.00.

Our team do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer short effective workouts. Good joining experience although had to go around the houses to find the yearly membership option. So far so good though. Loving the app and the ton of good information included 👍.

Joining was easy
Joining was easy. I would have liked the option to choose my own PIN or change it to something I would find easier to remember.

Everything I desired in a gym experience
Puregym offers an outstanding service for all manner of gym goers and fitness goals. With over fifty sets of equipment, access to personal trainers and a timetable of weekly classes, spacious changing facilities, wheelchair accessibility, separate business discounts for members and an overall positive and motivating atmosphere. This gym is sure to provide marvellous and satisfying results

First impressions very good
Easy online set-up. Had my first gym session this morning. I already have a good deal of gym experience, so made my own way around the gym to suss out the equipment. Nice equipment in a clean environment. Changing area and showers clean and tidy. A great start!
