I ordered 6KG of the Single Estate…
I ordered 6KG of the Single Estate Colombian, their most expensive bean.. The beans were delivered on time but the packaging for the beans delivered does not state what it is anywhere on the packaging. It could be their cheapest blend of beans for all I know so I will not be ordering again.

Thankyou for ordering one our highest quality blends - not quite our most expensive but still and exceptional coffee.
The blend name is printed on the outer carton
And the LOT code on the bags will also be identified.
Some of our beans don't contain the blend name as we have so many resellers its a preference for them, we are sorry this wasn't to your liking - and displeased you enough it was a 1 star review.

It's very quick to respond to queries and orders.
In no time, the products bought are dispatched and on the way - good customer service!
However, the courier could give a little more consideration to the recipient though - our order was food produce and this courier was going to leave it in an open porch unattended, in the rain! Although, I specifically requested the items to be left in the plastic box placed in the porch, when ordering online.

Reply to below: That link doesn't stop the Spam and you know it doesn't. Very dishonest.
Another Reply: I've used that link several times and still get spammed. I never signed up for these texts in the first place. I will encourage your other customers annoyed by this to leave you negative reviews until you stop this practice.
And another reply: Are you expecting sympathy when you're misusing customer data? Most of us are family businesses but we don't break data protection laws.

Ive taken the liberty of adding this manually on your behalf, which we could have absolutely have done on your behest at any point prior to a 1 star review that negates 10-15 positive reviews and has a such a serious impact on a family run business.
