They printed a different address and they delivered to the wrong address.
I was lucky because I looked on tracking number and following the blurry photo I found the package, And surprisingly the label didn't have my address.
They blame DPD......
So keep an eye on your tracking, because you might need to chase your order.
I have met wrong delivery, but the different address printed, is a first.

When an item wasn’t available n stock the item was charged for but not sent with no contact to let us know it wasn’t available.I received an email 5 days later showing a credit note as it wasn’t available.When you are trying to run a business not having products you need with no communication really isn’t ideal.

The manufacturer of the syrups you purchased is currently experiencing production issues on the 2 lines in question due to extreme demand on milkshake flavourings caused by the sudden heatwave.
We apologise for the inconvenience as we ourselves were let down on this occasion by the vendor.
