My husband purchased one of the cashmere polo neck jumpers priced at £150 for a Christmas gift. On receiving my jumper I was surprised to find that a cashmere comb was not included. I have worn jumper three times and it now looks so shabby that it will just be an everyday piece of clothing for me. I bought a cashmere comb and have attempted to improve the look of the jumper, but to no avail. When I phoned many times to complain about my jumper, I was left hanging on the phone. Poor service, poor product. And can't believe the price. Will not be recommending to friends or family
No automatic refund for unavailable items
I ordered 4 items with 2-4 working days delivery, immediately £331.50 was taken from my account. 2 items arrived with notice that missing will be with me shortly.
Days passed. I telephoned to learn items were actually out of stock / not available and yes I had still been charged.
I asked for a refund - 2 to 3 working days ! - and no explanation how an order can be confirmed, charged for and then customer neglected to be informed the items would not be despatched but customer still charged.
This is very DISHONEST.
I notice the item codes don't match the online codes and I also notice my item is available in berry red and in size 14. What is going on !?
However, I would say the Pure cashmere is beautiful quality and range of colours are far superior to most brands. I am so disappointed to order, pay for and then have to chase order to find I can't have 2 items.

J’ai passé commande début décembre pour Noël sur The Bradery, au final on m’indique sans cesse des retards sur la livraison et une livraison estimée le 13 janvier. Ils inventent des excuses qui ne sont pas acceptables.
Le délai de livraison n’est pas acceptable pour une marque avec des prix si élevé.

Such a disappointment!
I have many of Pure Collection slimfit cashmere sweaters in the past.Wash beautifully, last for years - which mine have. I bought one in October, still labelled as slimfit so did as always advised - sized up for a slightly more relaxed fit. I tucked it away ready to wear yesterday for a special lunch. Took the label off and only then realised that it was absolutely huge. Tried it on and the fit is appalling: shapeless and nothing like the fit or look of previous jumpers. Then I looked again and saw that it was taken over by Wool Lovers and their sizing is completely different. I have a screenshot of where it is labelled as slimfit. This is not slimfit. It is not as described or pictured. And I paid £150 for it!

It’s so bad if I could give you no stars I would. On the 1st of December you took 171.75 pounds out of my account for an order. After almost a week without a confirmation email I contacted your company and spoke with a woman who saw that the money was taken but the order not posted. She then posted the confirming email and posted the order. After two weeks from the original order today I contacted your company once again. I was told because no payment was taken at the time of the posting of the order on the 6th of December the order was cancelled. I am not impressed and have requested a credit back to my account. This will be the last time I use your company. And trust me if this isn’t resolved to my satisfaction I will be contacting our local media to ask their help in solving my problems with your company.

I despair of this company!! Their customer service is misnamed. I ordered a skirt in size 14 as there was no size 12. It hadn't arrived in over a week and no communication from Evri. I rang and was told it was not in stock but there was a size 12, so I asked for it to be sent next day delivery. This was agreed and guess what, no email confirmation, no delivery!!! ~Yet again I called to be told my garment was out of stock. I received an automatic email from the c.s. agent who I could barely understand, telling me that my order was updated and I would receive it soon!!! Outrageous...I then asked for a refund and he said he was processing that - no email arrived again, and he told me to hold on. I DID for 15 minutes and then had to hang up. How does this company exist with this kind of service???? No apologies, no communication, above all NO SERVICE
Don't Bother
Ordered 2 men's sweaters and paid for next day delivery. They still haven't arrived and don't know when they will - absolute rubbish! Will NEVER buy from them again and will tell all friends not to touch with the proverbial bargepole!

Poor Customer Service
Ordered 2 cardigans one arrived swiftly with the note saying the second was to follow. 3 weeks later no Cardigan so I called customer service to check what had happened and the item has now sold out. I’ve had no communication to inform me of this they have now processed a refund but although the lady apologised it was a short and not very helpful conversation very poor customer service no offer of alternative item or voucher for inconvenience.

Once again Evri messes up!!!
The items were as described but they insist on using Evri, which is absolutely useless. The package was supposed to be here on Friday but didn't arrive, even though I had to wait in all afternoon. It is impossible to find out what is happening to a failed delivery with Evri, they have zero customer service. Package turned up 2 days later, it was left on the wet ground outside my front door, completely soaked through and split open. Delivery guy had rung the door bell and then immediately driven off. I won't use Pure Collection again because Evri can't be trusted.

Nice clothes but seriously let down by an awful and completely unreliable delivery service ( pay for next day delivery and you are lucky to have the item in a week) and slow and unresponsive customer service team . A premium product should be accompanied by premium service

Sadly, my original order was not delivered to the correct address. I telephoned Pure and spoke to Rose who arranged for a second delivery to take place later this week. She was very helpful.

Poor communication between PURE and courier service. Incorrect information from customer service personnel. Items delivered after 2 weeks when I paid for next day delivery. Admittedly I was reimbursed for the delivery charge but only when I requested it. Very disappointed and frustrated.
