I am a recurrent buyer at PureClinica. They offer high-quality products at a good price. Therefore, I consider that they give their customers an excellent quality/price ratio. It makes them a fair company. Moreover, they are efficient and try and solve the issues that their clients may have. This year, I had problems with the Spanish Customs office. PureClinica sales force have been very professional in solving the issues and they have refunded the extra cost I had. Highly recommended.

The ease of ordering, clear pricing, great offers and discounts. superb delivery and excellent customer service. What more can anyone want.

Delivery issues, through no fault of Pureclinica, were dealt with swiftly and brought to a very saisfactory conclusion. 5 stars for communication. I purchased Bilberry Extract 10,000mg. The bottle contains a very comprehensive list of ingredients and instructions. Another 5 stars. Reviews for this product are excellent although I have only just started to take the tablets. I have no hesitation in recommending Pureclinica.

J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails au service client qui restent sans réponse de leur part. Le sérieux n’est plus là. J’attends toujours désespérément mes produits alors qu’ils osent m’envoyer un mail promotionnel !!!
De plates excuses sur truspilot qui ne servent absolument à rien puisque Ben de purecilinica m’a même pas répondu au mail que je lui ai envoyé. Quel professionnalisme !
J’ai renvoyé un énième mail au service client qui se contente de me répondre que mon colis a soit disant été livré alors que je n’ai pas reçu mes produits. Aucune instruction de mon dossier. 100€ de commandé de perdu. Je qualifierais cela comme du vol manifeste.

Thank you very much from America for having these. Bought the triple pack previously and am back for more and more and more. I highly recommend this product for so much : diet, skin, anti aging, energy and overall mood. I have taken this recipe for years (1 daily) and it's amazing. I have tried green powder drinks, other oder drinks and a good number of supplements. These are the best. Do not recommend with other caffeine though, it has 800 mg green tea....which I love. Please try these. Only because if enough people don't buy it, I'm afraid it will go away, lol.

Following non-delivery of my order, it transpired that the order had not been processed. Once this was established Pureclinica were brilliant and fully empathised with my frustration. I received my order under a new order number within 48 hours together with two unsolicited gifts. This was clearly a failure of process but congratulations to Pureclinica for putting things right and two gestures of goodwill.

I have been buying supplements from Pureclinica since 2016 and have always received first class service. The items are high quality with the advantage of 'the more you buy the cheaper they become', which, for the quality is good news. Delivery is usually made within 2 days - depending on whether a weekend is involved and any issues are speedily dealt with.

I have used this product for over a year now I am in still in awe how a product can contain so many essential ingredients and yet be so light and not thick and tacky . Leaves no residues and doesn’t block pores or cause breakouts. My skin has improved on this - compared to where I started from - the main plus of this serum for me is it has enabled me to drop the many serums I had to previously combine to achieve similar result ( but resulting in a thick and greasy paste on my face blocking my pores and causing breakouts ) . This combinstion serum in one bottle is so very light and makes my morning routines as sleek as possible .
