Trullo Ad Caelum - The villa was magical and the service provided by Sara, our “guest angel” was exceptional. She was so attentive and responsive to our queries and requests leaving seconds between text messages. She certainly elevated the bar of services She organized bike rental and it was seamless. Both Isabella and her partner of the bike rental company were so kind and willing to accommodate. On short notice, Sara organized a masseuse to attend the villa for a shiatsu massage which was fantastic. Massimo, Sara and their providers all exhibited the utmost professionalism and clearly very much service oriented.

There was no detail or request left unsatisfied. Everything we could think of was provided and then some! The mid cleaning and replenishment along with the small details (dish soap, detergent, dishwashing detergent, cutlery etc) was greatly valued. The care package and the bottle wine were also very thoughtful touches.

The villa was truly out of this world. It was a struggle for us to leave paradise to explore the nearby towns. It truly was an experience of a lifetime and hope to have the good fortune and grace of God to be able to visit this beautiful villa again. It transported us in time and we enjoyed the peace and serenity that is inherent to the property.

Our experience with Puglia Paradise did not end when we left the villa. Massimo came to the rescue when our family was in Rome. We were unaware that our passports/id were required to purchase tickets and enter the Colosseum. I reached out to Massimo and within literally less than 5 minutes he searched for and sent me images or our passports. Without his quick response and willingness to assist, our family would not have been able to tour the Colosseum.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Puglia Paradise to anyone who is traveling to Puglia.

We just enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime! Having just spent a magical week at Ad Calelum we cannot recommend the villa (and the exceptional service and personal attention Puglia Paradise provided) enough. From our first interaction with Massimo, who suggested the perfect villa for our trip, to our guest angel Sara, our experience was seamless. Sara was at the villa to greet us with a smile, was always attentive throughout our stay - replying promptly to every question or request, and was extremely warm, helpful and efficient with reservations, recommendations for local shops and connivences, and for booking unforgettable experiences. The villa Ad Caleum was exceptional. What a special spot!! The pictures do not do it justice. It is situated on top of a hillside with breathtaking views and a beautiful breeze. The pool, outdoor areas and interiors will exceed expectations. We had a wonderful week exploring the region but the highlight was certainly the memories made at the villa. Puglia Paradise is definitely 5 star, you will not regret booking your next holiday with them!

Our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) stayed in Trullo Murano for a week in late August. The pool and grounds at the property were pristine and very relaxing. The main home and the 2 trullis were clean and very comfortable. The A/C worked perfectly to provide a cool and welcoming respite for the hot summer heat. There was a midweek service for both the home and the pool.
While the property was lovely, the best part of renting with Puglia Paradise was our guest angel, Denise. We started communicating about a month before our trip and she helped us by providing many suggestions for towns to visit, places of interest, restaurants and lidos. With her help, we built a customized itinerary for our visit and she helped to secure any reservations for restaurants, boat rides and the lidos. This was a huge help with the language barrier. We also asked her to help us order an Oreo birthday cake which she did and even delivered the cake to the villa on the birthday! Our memorable and enjoyable trip went smoothly and we are grateful to Denise for all her assistance. It was only possible with her help. A huge thank you and shout out to Denise! Grazie mille:)

An absolute dream! If I could give 10 stars I would. We booked Masseria Bensista through Puglia Paradise. The company was excellent to deal with. Professional and always prompt replies. I was really hoping that the villa lived up to the stunning images online, and my prayers were answered! The villa was like something out of an Italian fairytale. Original, large sized Masseria in immaculate condition filled with magnificent antiques, stone walls, tiled floors and fresh linen. The pool was magnificent - we spent hours by it.
Surprisingly, we cooked at home many nights out of the 6 we stayed because we just enjoyed the house so much and it is so well equipped. The bedrooms are lovely and air conditioned. The main living rooms don’t have aircon, but they are well ventilated with many opening windows and doors. There’s an epic shower on the rooftop also.

We were assigned a house “Angel” and were lucky enough to get Denise. What a blessing she turned out to be! So responsive to all of our requests & questions about reservations, transport and so on. Denise went out of her way to be accomodating and helpful. In a foreign country where you don’t speak the language, this is a God send. Will be forever grateful for her and what she did for us on this family holiday.

This accommodation offers the full villa experience. We loved it. It’s very private and about a 10 minute drive into Ostuni. The seaside is a short drive also. I was very glad we chose to stay in a Masseria a bit out of town and got to enjoy all the offerings of being on a large farm like property with a huge private pool as opposed to the very tight, hot apartments in the local township.

Puglia Paradise has some valuable connections in the area too and we were lucky enough to leverage off those. This included transport, beach club bookings, restaurant reservations at late notice. The other popular towns to visit were approximately a 45min - 1hr drive away which we did as day trips.

Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to fulfil the “dream like” Puglia experience. I cannot wait to return.

Our family rented 2 houses with Puglia Paradise in July, 2024. 2 beautiful and charming trulli houses. We fully enjoyed our vacasion and we were pleased and happy with both houses. Denise from Puglia Paradise assisted us fully throughout the entire holiday with very superb guidance and fantastic support. We greatly appreciate her help, which made our vacation greater and truly wonderful A big thank to Puglia Paradise and especially Denise.

One of, if not the best holidays we have ever had. Kid friendly and truly paradise. The villa was beyond our expectations, the photos do not do it justice. The little touches inside, everything is thought of, with impressive detail and true care. Sara our guest angel was exactly that, she was responsive, considerate and super helpful. This is a real five star experience and we cannot wait to return.

We have just returned from one wonderful week in the nicest villa we have ever rented. From start to finish, the customer service from Puglia Paradise was seamless, and we felt we could ask our Guest Angel Denise any query at any time. We were 45 minutes late getting to our villa due to our GPS not working and despite this, we were greeted warmly by the smiley Denise. The entire trip was a tonic for our family and we are already planning our next trip. Any pool and house cleaning was discrete and did not disrupt us. The Trulli was well stocked and the welcome basket was a lovely surprise. Thank you!

Puglia Paradise did a wonderful job for our group of friends when we rented a villa this summer. The villa was in top shape, they were super responsive to our requests and addressed any issue very quickly. Denise in particular did an outstanding job, helping us organize restaurants and activities and making our stay really pleasant. Thanks to the team!

It was such a peaceful location, the large infinity pool was incredible & a perfect temperature. Just what we needed after the hectic part of our holiday. Great place to chill out with family on a very spacious property. Would definitely recommend TRULY TRULLI to everyone, it’s a definite YES from us!
The icing on the cake, was our amazing Guest Angel, Rossella. Nothing was ever too much. Any request we asked for was never a problem, she was always there for us. Whenever I had a question, she would promptly reply with an answer…. this is very important to me.
Even though we were in the countryside & a little secluded, we felt safe knowing our guest angel, Rossella was there for us….. from the moment when we first arrived, you were there to greet us, even 1.30 in the morning, & you were even there to say bye. She went above & beyond, nothing was too much.

Our family of four just came back from an amazing stay at Villa Skyler. The Villa was perfect for us. Each of my adult sons had their own room and en-suite bathroom which they loved. The Villa looked even better in person than in the pictures. It was immaculate and everything was in perfect condition. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could want. The view was beautiful and we saw an incredible sunset from the roof.
Our guest angel Rosella was the best! I started working with her a few weeks before we got to Puglia and she booked us beach clubs and excursions as well as dinner reservations. She was there for anything we needed and had great suggestions. I asked her for a birthday cake for my son before we arrived and she had a beautiful personalized tiramisu cake waiting for him when we got there. The mid week clean was such a great touch. It was great to come back from a day out to have all new clean towels and sheets and a spotless Villa.
We have only been back from Puglia for less than a week and we are all dreaming about going back.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at Villa Solivetta in May, near to Alberbello which we have visited many times.

We have stayed at properties with Puglia Paradise a number of times in the past and this Villa maintained the high standards we’ve been used to with this company. The equipment is exactly what you need, with high quality fixtures and fittings, being spotlessly clean. Having the sheets and towels changed midway through our stay was an unexpected bonus.

Villa Solivetta is a high quality villa, which worked well for our family, being well laid out as all Puglia Paradises villas are, with two lovely covered terraces. Having a pool was a great asset and even in May it was very pleasant to cool off on the warm sunny days.

The welcome from our Guest Angel, Rossella was very warm and she couldn’t do enough to make our stay a memorable one. One example was that she bought and delivered flowers and cakes on our behalf for a present for a relative we were visiting whilst in Italy.

As always the experience with Puglia Paradise is a first class one. We very much look forward to returning to a Puglia Paradise villa. Thankyou so much to Massimo, Rossella and team for making this and every visit a special one.

Our stay at Trullo Juno, nestled just outside the charming town of Ostuni in Puglia, was nothing short of spectacular. The location was perfect—a serene escape while still being close enough to enjoy the lively streets and stunning architecture of Ostuni.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic pool and backyard. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying a leisurely swim, or dining al fresco in the beautifully maintained patio, every moment was pure bliss. The tranquility and beauty of the outdoor space provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding.

A special shoutout goes to our incredible guest angel, Denise. From the moment we arrived, Denise was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her local knowledge was invaluable, and she went above and beyond to book various activities for us, making our stay even more memorable.

Trullo Juno was een Italiaanse droom die uitkwam en onze Guest Angel Denise heeft hier een grote bijdrage aan gehad.

Puglia Paradise met als eigenaar Massimo heeft het creëren van een prachtige ervaring in combinatie met een totale ontzorging tot perfectie verheven. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en dat merk je vooral aan het persoonlijke karakter van deze mooie organisatie.

Massimo en Denise, nogmaals dank voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring en wij gaan ons zeker nog eens zien.

We stayed at Trullo Juno and had the most incredible time! The Trullo was beautiful and in a perfect location, just minutes from Ostuni. The best part of our stay was our guest angel, Denise! Denise was there for every question and request that we had! She organized various activities for us including a boat day, waterfront dinner reservations, a day at the beach club and a private chef dinner at our house. Every activity was top-notch. An unforgettable stay in Puglia. Before our stay, we had to change villas a few times due to our group numbers changing, Massimo was happy to accommodate and quick to respond each time!
When we return to Puglia, we will absolutely use Puglia Paradise again! Thank you Denise and Massimo!

Spent a fantastic peaceful week in Trullo Elisa at the end of May. This place is a beautiful and magical place that we really loved from the second we saw it. The property is immaculate and fully equipped with all the facilities you could hope for with modern appliances and great shower with excellent water pressure.Denise our Guest Angel was an absolute darling and helped on every occasion from the most basic questions to booking boat tours and restaurants. The property is wonderfully private and isolated with an immaculate private pool. A great place for a couple to spend some quality time. Loved it and going back next year for longer!

I’ve followed these guys for a year on instagram and was so impressed that the reality we experienced lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. They really are first class. They think of everything so you don’t have to and it makes a big difference.
From the moment we met our guest angel, Denise, when we arrived we knew we were in great hands. She personalised our stay and we were able to communicate speedily together for anything we wanted. Her recommendations were the best and helped us see the authentic Puglia. She took the time to understand what our tastes and interest were and this made a big difference. I still think about the villa and my walk through the olive trees every morning with my espresso. It was so peaceful and yet, the town is so close for anything you need.
The villa is maintained to a very high standard, top quality and comfort.
