I’ve been a loyal PUBG Mobile player for years, investing both time and money into my account — and yet when it was hacked, the support system completely failed me.

I provided clear evidence: purchase receipts, device history, and long-term activity from my region. Despite this, my claim was rejected with no real explanation — just automated responses.

Meanwhile, the person currently using my account is actively changing names, deleting friends, and using something that clearly isn’t theirs — and nothing is being done.

This is extremely disappointing. A company of this scale should have a proper human support system for serious issues like account theft.

Right now, it feels like:
- Real owners are ignored
- Hackers face no consequences
- The recovery system is broken

If you care about your players, this needs to change.

About my review I would like to say on overall the game is awesome the event , new gun and skins added , new armored vehicle with a machine gun on top etc...
But what I would like more is that they more oni masks as I myself I'm a fan of oni masks , Japanese outfits such as the kimonos , armours even katanas etc... and I look forward for the developers to add more purchaseable masks , skins and outfits with silver frags and ag please that would be nice as I myself I have only 3 masks and I would like to buy more

In jeder Lobby Hacker! Von wall hack bis damage modifier und vieles mehr. Reports bleiben wirkungslos! Auffällig, dass jeder Hacker ein großer finanzieller Unterstützer ist und sehr teure Skins besitzt. Das match making ist zudem die pure Verarschung. Man spielt mit 1x afk und 2x Bot gegen 4 echte Menschen. Reports können nur über 300 Zeichen eingereicht werden. 300 Zeichen ist es dem Entwicklerteam wert. Die sind ganz sicher sehr interessiert. Zudem wird von einer Steinzeit KI behauptet, man würde jeden Report auch manuell untersuchen. Bei 100 Millionen Reports am Tag.🤣🤣🤣 Das geldgierigste und inkompetenteste Entwicklerteam der Welt. Wer sich weiter gasleiten und manipulieren lassen möchte soll das tun! Alle Anderen kommt zu COD!

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with PUBG Mobile’s account recovery system and customer support. My account was recently hacked, and despite having invested tens of thousands of euros and years of dedication into the game, I’m completely unable to recover it.

The new in-game recovery tool is absolutely unreasonable. It asks questions from 7–8 years ago, such as:
• The exact date the account was registered
• The first email used when it was created
• The device model used during registration

How can anyone be expected to remember those details from nearly a decade ago? Over the years, people change devices, emails, and even countries — it’s completely unrealistic. I have every possible piece of information from the last several years: account details, purchases, linked accounts, gameplay history, and device info. But none of that matters. The recovery tool simply doesn’t accept anything other than outdated information from the time of creation.

To make matters worse, PUBG Mobile’s customer support via email is completely useless. You don’t get real human assistance — only generic, copy-paste responses that provide no real help. Every time you reach out, they just redirect you back to the same in-game recovery tool, which is exactly what doesn’t work in the first place. There is no actual technical person who takes the time to review your case, verify ownership, or offer any meaningful solution.

It’s shocking that a game of this scale, with such massive global revenue, has such a broken and outdated recovery and support system. Loyal players like me, who have supported PUBG Mobile for years, deserve better.

This whole experience has left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and completely let down. PUBG Mobile urgently needs to modernize its recovery process to focus on recent, verifiable information (from the last 2–3 years) and provide real human support for serious cases like account hacking.

Until then, I strongly advise others to think twice before investing time or money into this game — because if you ever lose access to your account, you’re on your own.

Almost 5000uc spent to mummy and i got only molotov and grenade skin. Thats crazy and i think pubg its become just a thief who just took money from people.

PUBG Mobile can be really fun, but the performance issues ruin the experience. On older phones, the game lags a lot, and even on newer devices, it often glitches — especially during the first week or two after updates. Crashes, frame drops, and weird bugs make it hard to enjoy the game properly. If the developers focused more on stability and optimization, it would be much better. Right now, it feels unfinished after every major update.

I submit a ticket but they didnt even respond hack stole my account and i talk with them about that and they don’t respond

The PUBG! MOBILE GAME is just great to play when u have a chance to play it , and it's easy to download it 👍, but there are some Hackings out there that don't know that to Hacking the Pubg mobile game is just low .. for some ppl that want to just play a good mobile game on there phone is just good and fun for them , but the ones that Hacking is just low .. and yes! There are something that PUBG! Should do something to fix it and knowing that ppl can try to fix it be the mobile game is just to good to be true, I have just star it to play Pubg mobile game 2 or 3 years ago and it's just fun to play.. and it's 2025 ! .. the PUBG MOBILE GAME can get batter.. I thank it's batter then CALL OF DUTY MOBILE GAME!!

Ich wahr seit mindestens 1 Jahr nicht in diesem Spiel!

Wenn Accounts gesperrt worden sind, obwohl sie gehackt worden sind, bleibt das Account gesperrt.

Bad, it's very bad. Those so called pro hack , these days every second player is a pro. Metro mode is full with hackers because they have realized that they can sell the lv 6 armor to other players.

Good job pub g you suck. Pay better attention to reports and make player spactating available.
