My daughter’s car was brought in for a…
My daughter’s car was brought in for a mot. Whilst going. Through the test the washer jet pipe had blown off and the water jet and the washer guild ran down the bulkhead a the heater pipes going through it. They pulled the car off of the ramp and stopped the test and marked it as a fail. I fixed the items on the failure sheet. When I found the washer jet pipe disconnect I reconnected it and tested the vehicle.it never has any overheating problems. I took it back for a retest and left the car with them. When I returned the protyre person on the desk told me that the car needed to be bright in for another test because it over heated again. But the vehicle was not even put onto the lift so that it could be tested.
They are a cowboy operation. They always find items wrong even if there are none to be found.i will never use them again

Air conditioning service was not successful. Tried again but same result. Unfortunately they don’t have the skills to resolve the problem so £60 wasted.

Although there was a bit of a mix up with my Protyre online tyre order(the tyres didn’t arrive at the fitters in time for the pre booked appointment) when I arrived for my re-arranged appointment the tyres were fitted straight away.

Great deal online from Protyre
Great deal online from Protyre. Discounted tyres and discounted tracking. Arrived 5 mins early to booking. Left car with them. 30 mins later get the call car is done; two new tyres fitted & tracking. Very happy with the service I received. Lost 1 star as didn't replace custom valve cap on one wheel.. yeah I'm being picky. Recommended.
