Have used Protyre for many years however…
Have used Protyre for many years for various jobs with multiple vehicles. Recently it has felt like the customer service has dropped dramatically and that they are doing you a favour by being there.
I Booked an appointment to have 4 tyres replaced today (Wednesday). I turned up ahead of time to be advised that the tyres hadn’t arrived but could be re ordered and fitted Saturday. I explained I used the vehicle for work and therefore wouldn’t be able to go out to work for two days. Was then given an appointment for 4pm on Friday which still didn’t change anything. There was no attempt to help me. They also didn’t have the courtesy to call me to let me know the tires hadn’t arrived which was a waste of my time. I left called another fitter and they offered me an appointment first thing Thursday morning so I can get back on the road again. Simple solution, I won’t use protyre again…

New tyres
Tyre fitter came and told could not remove a wheel nut told him both wheels came of a week before due to a service carried out, supervisor over heard discussion and went with fitter and he came back having removed it but with damaged nut came out with only 3 nuts on wheel, I had got a new nut at home.

I booked my car in for 4 new tyres.
On the day I had booked I was informed that the person who had taken the booking didn't order the tyres so I had to pay an additional £105 for a different make to me it seemed like a con to make me pay for a more expensive tyre.
I had to have them done on that day as I was going down south.
Not a very good service don't think l will use or recommend them

The booking process over the phone was easy, the staff are very friendly and happy to give advice and share knowledge. I was told how long the job would take and was updated during the procedure. I am very pleased and highly recommend!! I shall be returning in the future
