Always used Chemix for my tyres and had…
Always used Chemix for my tyres and had a great service. However had some problems with the Halesowen branch after spending £650 on 4 new tyres being told they could not do the tracking because it was a BYD vehicle, due to not having the expertise and training on this particular brand??
I had to get the tyres from haleowen and then get tracking done a week later at Chemix Stourbridge which went smoothly, without any problems from a very helpful guy called Jake on reception and Simon in the tracking bay, so a big shout out to those 2 guys. I'll use the Stourbridge branch next time!

How thoroughly the mechanics dealt with my problem whilst I was able to wait in their waiting room. What I thought was a faulty tyre valve turned out to be a problem with the rim of the wheel. So glad they fixed it for me.

Great service from the team, able to accommodate a relatively short notice booking for fitting 4 new tyres, and the tyres were fitted quickly for the best price locally. Will definitely be returning in future.

Good pricing for the tyres that I wanted. Easy to book a fitting appointment on line to suit me. Got to Protyre and the car went straight in for fitting and the job was completed in the timeframe that they had told me. Staff were polite and helpful.
