No answer to phone calls
I needed to book a follow up mot (1 thing needed to be fixed, which I did within an hour), I tried to phone to rebook but I was unable to get through. 3 different phone numbers on the website, and all would end up ringing out. I tried for over an hour, before giving up and driving there to arrange a time slot. Whilst there I could hear the phone ringing and no one answered. The guy on the desk was very busy, why was no one helping him? Terrible service. The mot part was fine, you are being let down by poor customer service - you need more staff on the desk.
