The experience was professional with excellent service.

The whole experience was positive, the booking and payment was easily done online, the car was dropped off at the arranged time and collected when Pro-Tyre said it would be ready. Everything was explained very well. MoT's are always an anxious time, but this experience would make me less anxious for future visits. The staff were polite and knowledgeable, and due care was taken of my car. I will use again.

I’m really pleased with the garage and the work. Everything was done quickly and to a high standard.

Great reception when I arrived, and managed to fit me in at short notice. Nice coffee ☕️ and good banter with staff and other customers. I will be back when my rear tyres need changing.

I’ve been going to Pro-Tyre for many years now (from when they were based in Wickham to now based in Segensworth). I’ve always had great customer service from them and know my car is in the best hands when needing a fixture and/or MOT/Service. Whenever I’ve had an issue with my car, they always explain what the issue is and what may be the cause. I recently had a gear shifting problem which they fixed (turned out it was a loose screw that was blocking the mechanism to change gears properly). They also do a check over your car (like checking the tyres) to ensure everything is working properly or they need to flag anything. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of or treated poorly. Overall I highly recommend this garage :)

I’ve had a few excellent experiences here both in Wickham and since the move to Segensworth. Glad I stuck with them. Always able to make space to check over the car and never make you feel stupid when explaining what is going on which is a massive plus! Most recently sorted out a battery issue no one else had been able to solve and had her in for less than 3 hours! Great customer service from all staff too. Thank you.

Paul and his team made every effort to fix my car at the earliest possible time. My clutch needed replacing and I was updated at every stage.
