Brilliant service
Nathan and his colleagues went above and beyond when my car needed attention. Despite being busy and the fact I wasn’t an existing customer, they couldn’t have been more helpful and had me back on the road within an hour. Brilliant service.

Great job sorting 4 wheel alignment
Did a good job sorting out the 4 wheel alignment on my BMW. Which wasn’t the easiest thing on a 20 year old car. Very professional and clear communication. Izaac was great.

Very efficient appointment.
My appointment time was kept & my tyres were fitted as per my previous online order. Staff were extremely helpful & updated me on my car 'health' including tracking & brakes.

Fantastic service.

Sorting out and replacing the tyre that got damaged by one of those many pot holes, was dealt with very efficiently and in a friendly manner.

I would have given a five star review…
I would have given a five star review but supplier sent a tyre with the wrong speed rating so I lost a day and had to make a second trip into town to collect. Staff very helpful and polite.

Ian went above and beyond to help me, and I’m incredibly grateful.
I had originally been redirected from another tyre company after they couldn’t supply the tyre size I needed. I was told that the person I spoke to also worked at Tyreland and that if I turned up at 8am the next morning they would be able to help me. I had to leave for North Wales at 10am, so this felt like my only option.
Unfortunately, when I arrived I realised I had been misled — the person didn’t actually work there, I had no appointment, and Tyreland doesn’t even open until 8:30am. While I was standing outside reading the opening hours sign looking pretty disappointed, Ian noticed me and came out to ask if I needed help.
After I explained the situation, despite having a full schedule ahead of him that day, Ian kindly fitted me in as the very first appointment of the morning. The team were quick, efficient and very polite, and they got me back on the road in time for my journey.
Outstanding service and genuine kindness — I can’t thank Ian and the team enough. Highly recommend!
