The have poor knowledge of identifying car problems. they use the principle of replacing part by part until the problem is found, generating unnecessary costs.

Overcharging
Staff very helpful and replaced the rubber valve in the tyre. The bill was printed off and handed to me. Upon getting home I saw I had been charged £2 for environmental disposal. I can understand this for a tyre but for a rubber valve is wrong and the person completing the invoice was fully aware of the job that had been done. Easy money for the company. I will not be recommending or using them again.
