nail stuck in tyre
I noticed a nail stuck in one of the tyres, visited one centre who told me that there are 15 cars needing repair before mine. as I have a busy schedule visited TW tyres and they repaired it straight away while I waited. very good service as always. I have used their service for 21 years since I moved to Rugby. excellent customer care.

Thank you I took my car in for its mot and the work was carried out efficiently and on time as instructed.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with the customer service
The service work on the car was fine. However, we received a phone call to say that the car was ready but when my wife arrived to collect the car she was told that it was still being worked on. She had to wait for 30 minutes which nearly made her late for work. The receptionist also asked her for payment when we had paid in advance.

The people at this garage are experienced. I had my car mot completed last week and wanted to know if I had any problems. They explained everything thoroughly.
Also they have 10% discount for customers on website as well.
I recommending this garage.

A reliable garage offers great service
They did a great job on my car, provided a clear list of all the work completed, and gave helpful information about future services. Overall, it was a great experience — just a bit pricey. I would recommend them to others.

I have been a regular customer with protyre for many years.
I have been always very happy with the service they provide. They also offer good deals throughout the year.

Tyre change
Paid £300 for replacing two tyres and found after few days one of them loosing pressure. Came back to the garage after 2 weeks and I was told TPMS sensor needs to be replaced as faulty and was quoted 108 pounds for it. I refuse it. I went to different one well known company and they checked it and replaced rubber valve only as it was faulty (not tpms sensor) and charge me £22.20 !!!
I don't know what happened to this place now. I used them for years but I won't use it anymore.....

I have used Protyre (formerly TW Tyres) for many years and have always received excellent service from their friendly staff. I have never had cause to complain. They are my first port of call for tyres.
