I believe that the new manager there Tyrone I believe his name is has made a brilliant place to go! Customer service was brilliant and work done was really good.

All completed as per order.

Booked in for a puncture repair but they were running late so I left car for a few hours . Still wasn’t ready when I returned and I had to sit and wait until after hours even though I was booked in for early afternoon. They Played with the settings in my car and managed to put speed alerts on (which I had no idea how to get off) . The “manager” didn’t seem to have a clue but the young lad Connor who did the car was really helpful . Will not use again .

I am new in the country. I went with my car in May 2024 for a MOT and was told they could not finish completing the MOT as the car was not roadworthy and needed to be scrapped. I asked for advise and assistance. They told me they have someone who does that for the company. They needed my keeper's for the scraper. I face them remember I dont know anything in the country. I got a letter saying my car had been scrapped but I did not receive any payment. I was told they do not pay anything. I went back last month for my new car MOT and also ordered new tyres for the car. When I went they told me that my tyres had arrived but they could not do the fitting today as I was late and they arranged for 2 days later at 3pm. They continued to complete my MOT and I was told to pay £47 but I told they there was a promotion which reduced my MOT to £37 and they said they would discount my tyres. Mind you there were already discounts on the tyres as well. I asked if they scrapped cars and they said they didnt and then further told them that one of their managers had scrapped my car last year and said Pro tyres did that job. He said he will have a look into the issue. When I went 2 days later for my car all of a sudden they cannot find my tyres and would have to rearrange again and they will call me the next day for an appointment its been 10 days now and no phone call and no mention of the issue I raised about my car getting scrapped. We are new in this country offering a service, I did not come by boat but I paid large sums of immigration and visa fees and still learning all rules in the country. But taking my whole car and scrapping it and not paying me a single penny shows that this company does not have people at heart and would scam anyone who doesn't know rather than advise us on the way forward. If there was a minus 10 I would give it and I would not recommend anyone to go there. The Pro tyres I went to was in Pembroke Dock Wales by the way.

We asked if they would do undersealing on our old 4x4,they said yes and would we like to wait for it!!!!! Thought it was a 2 to 3 day job??? It was done but not how we knew it should be done, so a little surprised, we used to enjoy having our cars maintained by ProTyre, but we're not quite so confident in them now.

I went in morning time and enquired about neeeding two new tyres.The fella who I later learnt was called Tyrone came out to my car and confirmed I did need two new front tyres.
He then asked me if I had been a customer before to which I said yes.He then confirmed my email address and telephone number and said he would be in touch.
Following morning I popped in as my MOT was approaching and I had not recieved any phone call.Tyrone was on the desk and didn’t even remember speaking to me the previous day,didn’t remember me at all.
I reiterated that I needed two front tyres.
Tyrone said they had some ‘Japanese’ tyres that were £79 each.I asked him if they were any good to which he replied ‘I think they’re good’
I said okay and he said he could fit them in ten minutes or so.
I went back to my car and did a quick Google search typing in the tyre he said he was going to fit.To my surprise the tyres he said he was going to fit were £59 each on the Protyre website.
I went back in and showed this to Tyrone who couldn’t really give me an answer and despite me showing him it said £59 for the same tyres,he replied “I don’t why it’s showing £59..I can do it for £70”
He was completely unhelpful,not remotely friendly and didn’t seem to care.
I just walked out and left as it was all getting a bit strange.
I have been taking my car to Pembroke Dock protyre for two years.Work on my car,Services,MOT’s.They were my go to garage but not any longer.
I know this review is long but I am trying to prevent someone vulnerable being ripped off..an OAP etc.
I ended up going to another garage not even a mile away and getting two front tyres better than the ones he suggested for £110.
My MOT is next week and booked with another local garage less than a mile away.

Complete waste of time!
Had my vehicle booked in this morning, turned up early, went into reception where I was told that I had no booking and was then asked if I was in the right place. I told told him that I was and gave him the name of the person, with which the booking had been made. The guy then apologised and asked if I could bring the vehicle back at 12pm, which I did…… Only for him to look at the vehicle, confirm what I had already told him was wrong with it, and then suggest I do it myself because he didn’t have any free mechanics???? If you didn’t have any free mechanics then why book me at all?
Stoddarts used to be good….. good managers and good mechanics that went out of their way to help…… Todays treatment from the smarmy imbecile on the desk, has shown that to be a thing of the past.
