These guys are just superb here. My son found some immediate issues with his tyres and it was in the late afternoon and yet they changed all 4 of his tyres and did the tracking while explaining everything that needed to be done. No hard sales here, just honest and genuine guys. Thank you again for going above and beyond like you always do.

I took my Bentley Continental in for new brake discs and pads. The work was completed in a professional and efficient manner. The mechanic, Rob, was super helpful and I would 100% use the garage again

I had a great experience at Protyre this week. I needed my air conditioning looked at and was fortunate to have my vehicle serviced by manager, Tom Russell. Tom was professional in all interactions with me and I am grateful for the extra care he took servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend this store and will certainly be making use of them in future.

Easy to book online. Really nice and friendly staff, always providing me with all details needed, and keeping me up to date on the service/MOT.
Only downfall is that it's difficult to get a hold on them over the phone, with me waiting sometimes for over 15 minutes.

The workshop was extremely busy but they managed to fit my car in late in the day.
Left the car there and got a call to say they were unable to repair the puncture so ordered a replacement tyre for the following day.
Tyre was price matched to the online price and got a call once the car was ready.
I cannot fault the service and communication from everyone involved. Highly recommend Protyre Pembroke Dock.

Unprofessional!!!! Cancelled an mot the day before car was due to the garage, but didnt actually call, leave a voicemail nor email to let us know. Turn up on saturday morning to find out it won't be going ahead. So the frantic calls began trying to find a garage to fit us in as mot due!! Majority of other garages are closed Saturdays in the area, the few that were open are booked up for 2 weeks-bit obvious as people do tend to book weeks in advance like I did with protyre as availability goes quite quickly. Thankfully managed to get it into another garage that morning, if wasn't so lucky I'd of been without a car for work! The moment the mot was cancelled on the Friday a refund should of been issued right away or at least out of courtsey rebooked it for 1st thing Monday morning! Yet still no refund. The garage has emailed head office and been chasing it up for me but with little luck. If your going to leave people in the dirt at least refund them right away so can get it mot'd at a reliable garage instead. Will not be using Pro tyre again! So much better when Stoddarts had it

Fantastic service just delayed MOT doing to a fault with equipment. One other thing you need someone on the phones permanently

Quick efficient service & easy to book

this place always put the customer first before the business. This last occasion was the third time they could've had money out of me but instead advised on a different course of action saving hundreds!

I may have been lucky that I called without an appointment but I was attended to immediately .
The tyres ,front brake discs and emergency puncture repair kit were quickly and efficiently checked with a printed out report while I was given a welcome free coffee Not pushed into buying tyres when not really needed .Highly recommended tyre company

If I could give the guys down protyre Pembroke dock more than 5 stars I would. Only recently started using this garage for myself and my son’s car and they’ve been fantastic from day one. Justin and the other guy (can’t think of his name) have been so helpful! And I’ve been in a fair few times 😂 100% recommend without a doubt!
