The MOT waiting time was rather long
The MOT waiting time was rather long . But on the Saturday when I bought it back for repair,so I could get a MOT pass was ridiculous . I bought the car in at 09.15 as asked . I waited until 1.30 pm before it was ready for collection . That was really bad customer care . I was not happy . In future I won't bring my car in on a Saturday, it's obvious it's ridiculous waiting times .

Took ages to get the tyres in
Took ages to get the tyres in, 5 days when I was promised next day service, then store didn’t want to price match your online price even though they had already agreed it when I placed the order , then was told my brakes needed changing even though they were replaced by the main dealer less than a month ago…. I don’t like people trying to rip me off on top of this I didn’t recys call to say my vehicle was ready for collection, then found it parked off site with an open rear window…… slightly alarming as this is my work pickup and full of expensive tools and spares . Will never use your services again.

Friendly, professional outfit…
I brought my tyres through Asda Tyres online + tracking to be done Sat morning 3/10/26 and they were awesome.
Literally addressed me by name when I arrived and were a really friendly team and were ready and waiting for my car. They took some details from me and I popped off to Aldi to grab some bits. When I came back my car was 2 mins from being finished and then was left out front ready.
Really professional outfit. All my tyres will be done here plus anything else they can help my car with!
