Great service, booked me in quickly as I had a nasty sidewall puncture that I had used a machine screw and some water based sealant to fix. The guys did a great job of cleaning it all up

Great response from Protyre to my short notice for a replacement tyre. Darren was very helpful in giving me options for a replacement, and Kyle quick and efficient fitting.

It took me a while to realise they had put 2 new tyres which were supposed to replace the front ones onto the near side. I noticed it was pulling badly so I checked the tyre pressure, it was 35 on the near side and 25 on the offside. So not trusting to ever go back to them again.
They were more worried about getting me to buy new brake pads and discs which I’d had checked and didn’t need doing immediately.

When I arrived at the service at the agreed time, the employee informed me that my tires had not yet arrived. After that, I made a booking for another day, and the employee promised to call me back and inform me if there were any changes. Of course, no one called me, and when I arrived on the appointed day, the same employee said that he had moved me to a later time and I had to wait longer with the child, which ruined my further plans. No complaints about the product

I don’t normally do reviews but unfortunately this time I feel the need.booking online and paying in full for 4 tyres,
to have a call an hour or so later to tell me that they couldn’t do it as they had no staff to do it,four days later another appointment was arranged for 8.30Arriving at 8:30 promptly didn’t leave the building for another hour and a half later giving priority to people walking in off the street with no appointment.overbooked and understaffed and not very polite will not be using this company again.

8:30 appointment (first appointment of the day) but tyres replacement not started until 9:30 due to lack of staff. 15minute queue at 8:20. At least one staff member turned up and then left. Subsequent appointment made for the following week at different branch for brakes pad and discs replacement, phoned in to check status before i left home. Parts had not been ordered on time and werent available an hour beofre the appointment time and promised phone call not returned. Shant be using Protyre again.

This was the second time of using protyre and both times ive been turned away even though you book your slot online. Lucky i dont live far but very annoying!!

The garage was short of a fitter, my appointment to fit 3 tyres was booked for 1pm. My car went in around 2.30 pm and the job was eventually finished around 4.10pm. The car was booked for an MoT the following day so I had no choice but to wait, wasting the whole afternoon and preventing me from getting my daughter collected from school.

Quick and efficient even under pressure. With only one man.

Everything was just as anticipated (from previous use) and there were good customer relations.

Firstly the bloke was helpful and price matched tyres for online price. But whilst waiting there was another person arrived to complain they had fitted a new tyre but replaced the wrong one.
Got the car back a hour later, and then quickly drove off as it was busy with vehicles trying to get in and out of the garage.
Popped to Tesco then realised they had taken off 2 good tyres and left both illegal tyres still on the car.
Went back the next day, to get the good tyres refitted as we were not going to pay for another two tyres, and a member of staff said it would not have happened if he had fitted them. But that was a lie as he was the one who fitted the tyres the day before. He then got very defensive and said it was a managers problem not his. Awful attitude. Needless to say won’t be returning there anytime soon.

It was a busy day that I arrived to have two front tyres replaced. A walk into Midsomer Norton for lunch at the Jacaranda, which was delicious, a visit to Sainsbury's and returned to find my car waiting for me. Service from Pro tyre was friendly and very professional, as always, and the feeling of security of a job well done added to the satisfied feeling.

It was easy to order the tyres I wanted on-line & they were ready for the fitting time booked; friendly welcome on arrival; fitted within expected time-frame; no unnecessary upselling.

My experience was great because the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely focused on solving my problem. Communication was clear and timely, and I always knew what to expect next. The overall process felt smooth and well-organized.

Always service my car - really pleased with their work. Clayton does a great service and my car is running brilliantly.
