long wait and no information
I was booked in for 9am but had to wait for over an hour for them to do the work, then I was advised i need a 4 wheel allignment not 2 wheel allignment I had already paid for, I was told this was due to their website not giving the option for 4 wheel allignment , this cost me a lot more than expected, then when the work was complete I was not told if the car allignment was out or by how much I was just given the car key and I left

So different to previous visits.
We have used this company for both of our cars for so many years. As well as this we recommended them to two relatives who also availed themselves of their expertise. The service and friendliness has always been top notch.
This time, for some inexplicable reason, the whole experience was simply awful. To the degree I went home without my car at 4.15pm despite dropping it off at 8.30am and returning to collect it at 2.45pm.
I was told the mechanic was finishing the service at 3pm with an oil change. I found him doing this an hour later. My car was on the ramp awaiting new tyres at 4.10pm. I'd asked for these a full six hours earlier.
I booked a mid morning slot for a premium service and MOT. I dropped my car off as required. I finished up having to call twice to collect it, one of these times being next morning. On the way home a warning light came on concerning the new tyres.
Unbelievably bad considering previous experiences. I was left in reception without news for endless periods and then given false information. Simply shocked.

Noisy front side wheel.
Steve and his team quickly identified the problems with my car and fixed them same day. He kept me informed of the work and, when they found the brake discs to be badly worn, Matty called me to advise replacements be fitted and costs. Steve and his team are very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
