Always great service at Kettering, Eskdaill Street
Booked online for an MOT the following day. On arrival I was welcomed and advised when my car would be ready to collect. The car passed its MOT because the chaps kindly replaced a rear number plate bulb for me. No charge! The team at Kettering are ace and always my first choice for MOT and tyres.Hats off to Bobby and co and THANK YOU.

I am writing to say what a fantastic experience I received at your premises today. Your staff did a fantastic job, initially reserving the tyres on the phone with a clear message that you "wanted my business". (I think it was Panish)
Then the welcome I received from Ethan when I arrived, who was a pleasure to talk to and so knowledgeable about your products and promoting your business.
Finally, "the icing on the cake" was the brilliant work on the car to fit two tyres by your Technician Ashleigh. What a fantastic asset she is to your business.
It was a pleasure to watch her concentration and care fitting and balancing my tyres and the additional professionalsm and care she took tracking the vehicle too!
Please pass on my gratitutude to your fantastic staff for a brilliant service and how welcome they made me feel as a valued customer.

Bobby the manager was very efficient and l didn’t have to wait to get my tyre sorted. I was offered a hot drink which was really nice. I would definitely go back.

Had an MOT here in September 2026 - excellent! Bobby explained issues that needed resolving and the team were very fast at resolving issues and replacing parts. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

Never going there again
I’ve had 2 experiences with Eskdail street this year and both times had problems with the chap in the office. My son paid for 3 tyres to be fitted through an online company, He popped in to ask if someone could take a quick look and give him advice on one of the tyres before he brought the car in. The guy was extremely rude and told him they hadn’t got time to look they were so busy. Also pushed his booking back 1 day. My son had the tyres changed there because he had already booked in but said he would never go again. This week I asked my mum to take the car in and get the tyres changed on our car before it’s MOT. He saw my elderly mum coming and thought I can make a few quid here. £293 for 4 tyres on Toyota Yaris! Apparently it’s £10 to disposal for each tyre and an environmental charge for god knows what! Won’t be going there ever again.

Nice to be reminded with an email that my MOT was due. The booking was easy and prompt. The garage staff and mechanics were polite and helpful. And it's a breath of fresh air compared to other garages I've used in the past.
