When I arrived informed me that they were running late for a booked mot.ie say it how it is, then you know where you stand,as apposed to not saying anything.

I was received very professionally and even though I was slightly late for my appointment and therefore willing to rebook, my service was undertaken anyway as planned and the reason for bringing my car in has been fully resolved without further concern. I was also courteously advised of a couple of issues likely to need attention in the future but without any pressure to book additional services.

Second time used their service and it was not great. First they made MOT twice, failing it first time because of the tire. Tire was ordered together with MOT using their online services. Why they didn't fit it first is unclear. Second, report paper for "silver service" work was not complete. No thickness of disc break measurements, no tyre depth, just electronically entered tick boxes.
Thirdly, was waiting alot

Had an MOT at 2:30. they didnt call to let me know the outcome. I tried to call multiple times with no answer. not sure if this is standard practise. but I've always had someone call to let me know wether its passed or not. It failed. luckily it was only due to a few faulty lights so was able to do it quickly before shutting. but had it of been something bigger, they wouldnt of had time to do anything about it and id be car-less. MOT was booked for 2:30 so there was plenty of time to call me about it. And I previously told them i would pick up at 5. This isnt a major issue was just slightly annoying. Also the guy behind the counter was miserable. tried to chat and was quite cheery but got ignored with any conversation I tried.
