Getting new tyres fitted
My appointment was at 10.00 but never got the tyres fitted untill 11.00 so what is the point of having an appointment if you are not prioritised there were 3 people before me even though I got there early so not happy with that

Late going in for my app time given price for the job to have the price go up after was not good then told 2 tyres were perished took car else were to be told the tyres were fine and not perished was interesting

Two tyres in need of changing.
Made an appointment by phone, as soon as I arrived no messing straight on with the two tyres needing changing. Twenty minutes later job done, tyre pressure monitor reset and checked the brakes at the same time without asking.

The reception area is clean and tidy (surprisingly rare in this type of business).
The only reason for loss of a star is the lack of parking but otherwise excellent.
