Overal poor experience would not use again.
Ordered - new front tyre with fitting and MOT.
Liked- Web site ease of booking, competitive price and location. Which is why I went here for first time.
Disliked - lack of customer engagement, and overall poor customer service which is why I will not use again.
Car failed MOT with two faults (that’s life) wiper blade and cut in Tyre the issue was no engagement or effort to help sort just handed paper worked and told it failed the attitude was a could not careless not helped by needlessly keeping me waiting.
Reverted to F1 Auto Care ( used before) to get tyre replaced and re MOT’d. Positive review given for them.
