Great choice for new tyres
Competitive online prices & discounts, great local centre (Dorchester) - professional, helpful, friendly and respectful. Not pushy. Price quoted online was price charged - no unexpected extras - no nasty surprises. Honest advice on remaining life of other tyres. Will not hesitate to use again.

Friendly helpful team at the Dorchester Branch who were able to provide guidance & advice on a range of suitable tyre. Nice tidy waiting area with tea & coffee available whilst you wait.

What an amazing experience being a disabled wheelchair user the lads have gone above and beyond lovely cup of tea made by Dowi and entertainment by Ian and Nelly, Stuart ,professional and helpful 😀 I would definitely recommend thank you so much guys five star service clean premises

Great guys, great service!
I came in at 8:30 when they opened last Friday morning after hitting a curb, because I was trying to avoid an oncoming lorry that was on my side of the road, which resulted in splitting the tyre.
After a wonderful man stopped to help me put the space saver wheel on, I managed to get to the garage. They put a new tyre on for me and I was back at home and ready to start work all before 9:30!
Speedy service, wonderful guys. Hope you enjoyed your doughnuts!

Terrible Service
Turned up for appointment and as made to wait. The tyre I had pre-paid for was not in stock. They told me to come back in the afternoon. I couldn’t because I was working - which was why I had booked the morning appointment. I was offered another tyre and told ‘it was the same spec and price’. I agreed to exchange but when I checked the price and spec online, the tyre I exchanged to was of a significantly lower quality (I had pre-paid for B but was given D quality). The tyre I was given was also £30 cheaper than the one I had already paid for. I complained but the tyres had already been fitted, I had to go back to work and I am sure nothing would have been said by ProTyre unless I had complained. Awful service.

It is regrettable that the tyre you had prepaid for was not in stock. We understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the exchange of tyres and the difference in quality and price.
