Such a friendly and helpful group
Such a friendly and helpful group of people! Plus they are skill full and efficient. They did the service on the car as we needed, but also fixed a problem with a leak in the air con. This they didn’t charge us for, as it was as simple as tightening something up. This saved us a lot of pain and money that we would have had going to KIA the following week. They asked us to come back in a week or so just for them to check it’s as it should be. We couldn’t be more grateful! I always go to ProTyre and this is why, I highly recommend.

Following aircon regass the air con…
Following aircon regass the air con compressor began not working correctly, engaging and disengaging the clutch every few seconds and causing the car to run poorly. When contacted about this I was told it couldn't be anything the garage had done, despite this having not happened before. The garage looked at the car and claimed it needed a coil pack and that was causing the issue. I purchased a new coil pack and fitted it only for it to be the same result. I was then told the coil pack I purchased was "shite" and that this was still the issue, despite the car running perfectly beforehand and when the aircon was not switched on. The garage continued to claim it was nothing they could have done and continued to be unhelpful about the situation. Very unhappy with the service and couldn't honestly recommend them.

We dropped the car off having pre ordered the tyres. Reception were helpful and told us to return in 90mins. We returned and the car was ready, we were advised to return if we had any issues to rectify.. good service.

Efficient service
The reception guy was very cheerful, efficient and told me exactly how long it would be till the car was ready.
I had 2 new front tyres fitted and it aligned. Amazing the car locking system is now working and the tyre pressure light works. Car was ready to go when i got back to the depot. Well done guys.
