All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Service was quick and great coffee machine in the waiting area whilst I waited. Would definitely recommend this place over anywhere else locally.

Wrong car and registration put on…
Wrong car and registration put on receipt.
Protyre fitted my sons 2007 Saab 93 car air conditioning recharge in as I waited and staff were friendly and helpful.
However when I got home and looked at receipt they had somehow put my 2013 Ford Focus registration on the receipt.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, managed to fit me in at the literal last minute for an MOT got it in earlier in the day then expected and were genuinely nice guys to speak to, have already booked in for remedial work which was identified. They just came across as honest people, will be using them moving forward for everything, thank you again for helping me out

Rude and condescending Manager
Booked an MOT here for £29.95 and it turned into four separate visits, extra costs, and endless frustration. First I was told my tyres had “failed” (when the MOT certificate only listed them as advisories), then more faults kept being added after the initial test.
Even after repairs, the car came back with rattles and clunking noises, which I was told were “normal” — they weren’t. The dark-haired receptionist (who actually turned out to be the manager) was dismissive and patronising throughout, making the whole experience stressful.
In the end, what should’ve been a simple MOT became a drawn-out, expensive hassle. I won’t be returning and would advise others to be cautious.

MOT Value For Money
My car was taken on time and returned after about 45 minutes.
However, the waiting area was bad. It either needs a real deep clean or a complete re-decoration.
New furniture to replace the old worn out stuff too.
Took the opportunity of the MOT price deal which was very favourable.
