Thank you for helping me out when I had a flat tire when I was due to set off to Le Mans for the 24hr you provided me with great service and I managed to catch a slight later than scheduled ferry I had a really great time thanks to your excellent customer service

What a great place to have tyres fitted. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they will find an amazing deal on tyres for you. The coffee machine in the lovely waiting room (where you can also view your car on screen) is super easy to use, delicious and free! Bonus! Try this place, I`m sure you won`t be disappointed.

MOT tester very thorough

Tyre was damaged on fitting. When reported next day they tried to blame fault on manufacturer and offered no support leaving me with a huge bulge on tyre and not safe to drive.

It took 1hr 40 minutes to regas the air con. Staff were friendly.

Very good service, very polite & Called me prior to visit to inform me that the work would be delayed as they were waiting for a delivery. Phoned when job was complete to let me know my car was ready to be picked up.

Excellent service from Protyre from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me and made the whole experience stress-free. The waiting area was lovely and clean, which is quite rare to find, and I was even offered a nice hot drink while I waited. Fantastic customer service, friendly staff, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you again!

Had my car mot today I had too give it 5 stars as the staff was very efficient, lovely clean waiting room with lovely coffee on hand, a tv where you watch your car having it’s mot, went above my expectations will definitely use them again and a good price for the service I received

Being able to book an MOT check at very short notice. Inspection was handled within five minutes of dropping the car off and completed in 45 minutes. The cost of £34 approx was half that quoted by the car’s brand service facility where I was told the car would need to be left all day. No brainer to use protyre again.

Excellent service. I needed my wheels balancing before I went on holiday and they fitted me in the next day. Also they’re really friendly and helpful. Just the best!

Luke was great. Very helpful and very good with his advice as to what tyres to buy. Price was good and service excellent. Would recommend and will use them again.

Luke is a very good communicator! His friendliness and warmth made the experience with Protyre for me and I would certainly go back for further work. What turned out to be quite an expensive repair job was thoroughly talked through with me so (as someone with limited car knowledge) I understood what led to the issues and how to avoid them in the future. The initial quote price was also honoured even when a few other issues arose which is much appreciated. I feel the whole team went above and beyond to get me the result I needed.

The staff and the service it was very good

Got a tyre from here last week, the service was so good I cancelled my MOT with BMW to book it in with the guys at protyre Canterbury (and they were cheaper!). Great atmosphere and chat, Luke was particularly welcoming. Best part is they didn’t try and squeeze money out of me, especially being a young female!
I will be booking any work my car needs doing in with Treadmark Canterbury, would fully recommend!
