Prompt and efficient attention to my problems

I was able to get a good price for my new tyres and ordered for me quickly. Very friendly and professional staff.

They were very helpful. Explained the state of my tyres and how necessary it was to change them. Also told me which type of tyres were best for my car. I didn't have to wait very long and was offered tea or coffee while I waited.

Excellent, friendly and speedy service at the Bath Road, Bristol shop, when I needed a new tyre in a hurry right towards the end of the working day. Got me back ready for a long evening drive in quick time, at completely reasonable cost. Thanks!

In & out very quickly at the scheduled appointment time, great service.

Good tyres, good price (if you order online) and fitted the same day by friendly personnel. I knocked off a star because the order fails if you choose the first available time slot. No details are saved, so you have to start again. Just choose the second available time slot and you should be OK. The funny thing is, I was caught out by the same computer glitch nine months ago but I had forgotten!

Quick replacement of two tyres and professional

Car computer notified a slow puncture on the rear offside tyre so called in at the Protyre Brislington depot who quickly identified the problem, which was was caused by a screw near to the tyre sidewall. The tyre was diagnosed as unsuitable for repair.
I was offered a replacement tyre to the affected tyre and further offered a "reduced" price on a new rear nearside tyre to provide balance, which I accepted.
On the way home the car computer reported air loss in the rear nearside tyre. Over the course of the night this tyre defated and required inflating from my portable tyre compressor.
I returned to the Protyre Brislington depot next day who examined the tyre but could not find a problem.
I returned home and again there was signifcant air loss resulting in a flat tyre on the nearside rear, resulting in significant pressure on this tyre.
Once again I returned to the Brislington depot. The rear nearside tyre was once again removed and low and behold, this time, now revealed a crack in the alloy wheel!!!
The reason for the one star review is that the original rear nearside tyre was not losing pressure when removed and replaced to provide balance, and that resolution of the problem took 2.5 days to resolve.
Not withstanding this issue of time, the conclusion I can come to is that the wheel was damaged during fitting by Protyre as there was no problem of pressure loss on the rear nearside tyre before removal of the tyre by Protyre.
Your observations would be appreciated.
