After having some sub standard work…
After having some sub standard work done on my car at a different protyre garage. I found that my car was making a louder noise than when i first took it in. So i took it bridgwater Protyre for them to look at it and we found that the new parts hadnt been tightened up as they should have been and that the threads on the part were cross threaded, so the guys at Bridgwater protyre Diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and fitted it correctly with No expense to me within 90 minutes, they were amazing in every department to customer service to the engineers working on my car, kept me updated every step of the way and explained everything in detail. Very impressive.

When I arrived the manager John informed me that they were three staff down and there was only the manager and one other member of staff, he apologised it might take a bit longer than normal. Despite them being very busy my tyres were fitted and I was on my way within an hour. Excellent service, I will use them again.
