I recently had my car in for a Service, MOT, and some additional repairs at Protyre Autocare in Bridgend (Princes Way), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.
The staff took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed everything to an excellent standard. My car now drives better than it has in years, and I feel completely confident in the quality of the work carried out.
What really stood out was their honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers. It’s rare to find a garage where you feel so well looked after, and I’m truly grateful for their expertise.
I highly recommend Protyre Autocare – Bridgend Princes Way to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable, and top‑quality service. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Tyres bought through Etyre for my wife’s car, turned up for my appointment and Etyre had not only sent the wrong make of tyre but 2 different sizes, chap on reception very helpful and sorted tyres for next morning, will definitely use again

Tyre fitting was great.
1. Received a text to confirm the order, but didn't receive an email despite my email address being correct in your system. It would be helpful to have both.
2. The music in your waiting room was too loud, please consider it as background music (to be honest, I actually found this stressful).

Dropped tyre off with puncture for repair at the Bridgend branch in the afternoon and picked up the next morning.

Very positive
Very positive. A simple human error from a staff member of booking my car in for a MOT a month later than required was very quickly rectified by Protyre. I was impressed by the honest response and acceptance of a genuine mistake. A gesture of half price MOT was offered and gratefully received. Always had a wonderful service from Protyre Bridgend. Would definitely recommend,
