Poor service and a waste of money
I took my car to Protyre for a two-wheel alignment, only to later discover that my rear wheels were also misaligned.
The problem is that the rear alignment should have been addressed first to ensure the front wheels were aligned correctly. Instead, Protyre went ahead with the two-wheel alignment without contacting me or explaining the issue.
I would have expected a professional tyre and alignment specialist to at least call me, explain the situation and offer the option of a four-wheel alignment.
As a result, I had to pay for another alignment elsewhere to get the job done properly. This meant unnecessary additional expense that could potentially have been avoided with some basic communication.
Very disappointing experience. I expected better from a specialist garage and wouldn’t recommend their alignment service.

absolute joke won't use again
After paying full price for tyres advertised at 10% off .
At my appointment I was told that if I wanted to change the rear tyres and cycle the new ones to the front standard for front wheel drive cars it would be an additional £20 .
I went back and checked there is to option to select or pay for this online they just quote fully fitted .
After refusing to pay anymore they came back to me with a weak excuse about it not having tyre pressure management sensors so I wouldn't have to pay the extra .
The technician I dealt with was rude and abrupt throughout
Absolute joke won't use again .
