All the staff are very friendly and the waiting area is comfortable and relaxing while your vehicle is being done.
I also took advantage of the interest free payment plan as my horse box needed 4 new tyres (they were perfectly legal but were actually 15 years old so had the potential to perish & split) - using the plan it became a lot affordable being able to spread the payments! Highly recommend Protyre!

Poor service. Couldn’t bother to let me know of the delays in getting the car ready. Whilst I understand things happen, a courtesy call to say we are sorry, unfortunately your car won’t be ready at the time we thought it would be. This is not to much to expect from any business. There also seemed to have been a nonchalant tone from the manager when I expressed my disappointment. Will never use this location again. Protyre Ashford Victoria Park location offers the best service. The team there are awesome.

Aircon recharged. £50 cheaper than what my car dealership wanted to charge, albeit with your offer. Very efficient @ reception as was expecting me thru my online booking. Vehicle was taken into the workshop and aircon gas recharged with no issues. Excellent experience thank you.

Booked in for an A/C regass. Protyre did refill the AC gas, but when i picked the car up, i was told 'my compressor had gone and needed replacing". Bad enough, but worse when i realised that in order to fit a new compressor, all of the gas i'd just spend £90 on to fill, will be lost...so why fill the gas, if they could have just checked the compressor was working or not beforehand? They even do a free AC check, so why they didn't do it on my car before they filled it with gas that is now going to be lost, is beyond me. Not happy.

I always use Protyre and alwaysget a good service from very polite and helpful staff. Highly recommendede.

For someone who has no clue about the upkeep of her car, I feel looked after by these guys who not only give excellent customer care but also a superb service. This is my go to for any of my car issues.
