Great service. At Protyre Autocare you always know what the price will be, customer service is very good I asked how much a service would be for my car while I was there and I got a detailed breakdown in the quote.

Really helpful
We were away for a few days and the car tyre pressures were low. The staff were amazing, sorting the issue out incredibly efficiently. They were also very very polite and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend them

Poor tracking adjustment
After fitting 2 new tyres then adjusting tracking I noticed when driving in a straight line the steering wheel is not set correctly making the wheel controls difficult to use. I would have thought mechanics were trained to adjust tracking evenly on each side to maintain the steering wheel position.

Was,told 30 mins 2hrs later for one tyre to be fitted then £105 for a budget tyre. Will not be using your company again . Obviously on commission, just a scam from start to finish
